The worst customer support for partner…

The worst customer support for partner restaurants. Their helpline is always saturated when you need support. If you can’t contact a customer when you are on location they tell you to wait 5 minutes and go back. Then if the customer calls asking for the delivery you have to go back or they’ll leave a bad review which doesn’t hurt Justeat but the establishment. It’s such a waste of time for a delivery of 20 euros of which Justeat takes a commission, you end up sometimes paying 10 euros in gasoline. I don’t understand what the commissions are for if we can’t even get support when we need it. It’s a hassle for establishments , for delivery drivers and even worse for the customers who order on the platform. I would leave a 0 star review if I could.

Stolen money

I had never ordered with this company until we were on holiday in London. The first day, we were missing a drink from one of the menus. We complained and they refunded us the amount of the product. On the second day, we did not receive the order. We complained, and they were not responsible. Despite having paid for a service not received, and having immediately placed an order for exactly the same, I did not get my money back. I have never had a problem with any of the other companies. Obviously I will not use their service again as they offer no guarantee.

Food did not arrive and money gone

Food did not arrive and money gone. Another bad experience in Spain with businesses. It is unfortunate how people here conduct business. This incompetent company told us they are not responsible. The food got delivered to a hotel in a different location, and my money went missing. And what did the company do? Absolutely nothing. They keep sending me these pre-written replies. What a joke of a company, and surely what a joke of whoever manages this joke.

No food, nor refund!!

After ordering several times from them, with semi success, they recently just did not deliver an order for 45 euros. The app said it was being prepared for 1.5 hours and then suddenly switched to show that it was delivered an hour ago - definitely not the case.

There is no good way to contact any support team, nor did I get a resp9nse on my feedback that I submitted via the app.

Cannot recommend this as it really is a scam at this point.

It's a scam really

Terrible customer support and time estimations. Before paying the app said it would take 30-55min but as soon as I paid this changed to at least 50min ... I felt scammed. And then within minutes this changed to over 1h30m!! So I tried to cancel but they didnt allow me to... I needed to queue for a long time to talk to an agent on chat, then the chat would crash... And when i finally got someone they said it was too late to ask for cancellation. This really feels like a scam. Dont trust them.
Other apps like Deliveroo and UberEats have a much more reliable customer support and are fair when it comes to refunds.

Scammers

I wouldn’t rate it even with a star. Our order never received. We contacted the custom service twice but they just had lame excuses. I asked for my money back…nothing happened. They can’t even speak English. This was the worst experience I ever had. Please don’t order anything with just eat Spain. It feels like a total scam!! Wate of time and waste of money.

Charged twice for the same order

I placed an order in Lanzarote but my card had been blocked by my bank so my son in law paid for the meal for 11 people.
On returning hope I noticed that I had been charged also for the same meal.
On requesting a refund I was told that I had to complain within 48 hours and now it was too late to get the refund.
After a lot of toing and froing they were adamant that they were not giving me the refund even though they can see that they had received 2 payments for the one order.
Very poor customer service and would not listen to my complaint at all and then had the cheek to ask for a favourable feedback for their service.

They stole money

They told me , that the delivery men called me twice , but there was no ring door bell sound 😄There were no calls in my phone . I did not receive my order . When I asked , how could I have my money back , they told me , that it’s not the problem of Just Eat . Then whom ? Look , everything will be back with boomerang . And when the owner have some problems , just remember all the clients , whom money you stole …

The food never came

The food never came! And when we ended up driving into the store, the restaurant had not received the order. We contact just eat, who cannot help as we have collected the food ourselves. 3 hours later we finally got the food, but just eat, just throws one of the chat

Ordered food for the family from Munchies smokehouse in Fuengirola. 2 burgers, spare ribs and Nachos.

Unfortunately the Nachos was not delivered.
Just Eat just offered to refund the value for the missing Nachos. no redelivery possible.

At least 3 out of 4 got food this night.
Think twice before using a service like Just eat, they just piggyback on the restaurants, and they do not take any responsibility

And they lie when they call us on the phone. They have our number, if they called why isn't it registered, why didn't they ring the doorbell?

VERY bad service… they do not give a Fu*** about you problem.

I ordered some special potato fries but I got the normal ones and also got a kebab with old and very low quality bread with some strange smell… I contacted the support and they told me that it’s not Just Eat problem and that I needed to contact the restaurant… so what’s the purpose? To have Just it if you cannot manage the problems as well?? Are cheating your customer or what? Deliveroo is MUCH MUCH MICH more effective and with them I never call the restaurant… they solve in minutes and done. NEVER again with Just it.

Extremely poor

If I could give - 10, I would.
Never delivered our order and no refund and when contacting their chat agent they just simply end the chat when they decide they can't be bothered to solve the problem. Absolutely horrible experience, has ruined my night.

Really poor experience

I ordered food from BurgerKing for my kids.This is the second time I’ve ordered with Just Eat and last time there were no issues. This time however, the courier claimed she couldn’t find our address even though it’s very clearly marked. So no delivery, no food and Just Eat’s complaints page is not loading so I can’t even log a complaint. Never again
