I used this company and wish I hadn’t

I used this company and wish I hadn’t! We ordered a bed in Oct and had to chase it, then it was delivered to the warehouse “by mistake”. Don’t know where the metal beds are made, but the paint is cracking and the post finials are working loose. So, so disappointed for our daughter who loved the bed. Tried ringing today, but the phone line appears to be disconnected. 😡😡😡

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a bed and mattress from this company on 05.11.22 and it is the end of March 2023 now and still no goods delivered. I ordered on my credit card and am now in the process of getting a redund. I had to chase the company by email each month to get any response as they didn't answer the phone. They would info me that the delivery would be this month each time, but clearly they had no intention to supply me what i had ordered. They changed their company name to JustLive.co.uk so be aware of that.
Unfortunately you can't give no stars for the experience, but that is what they deserve!

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I placed and paid for an order with Just 4ft Beds on 21st December 2022, it is now 13th March 2023 and as yet I have not received any of the goods I ordered. I have sent emails to the company on three occasions the last being 16th February 2023 requesting a refund as yet I’ve received neither goods or refund.

AVOID this company

I order a bed on December 14th 2022. It is now March 13th. I called them in early February, I was told they were expecting a delivery and that I should receive my bed soon. I tried to all them again today no response. I also find that their website is not available.
It appears now that I have no way of cancelling or getting a refund from them. AVOID this company if they ever get back online.
I have raised a report through PayPal. Hopefully they will pursue things for me.

Do not use this company

I ordered a 4ft bed frame on 29/10/2022. After several chasers with immediate and courteous responses (it will be 2 weeks, etc) I started to feel something was not right with this company. Roll on 4 months, no bed, no expecation of the bed being delivered and have noticed in the last week that Just Live Ltd's server is down. Thankfully, I paid with Barclaycard Visa and have today made a claim under the relevant section of the law for a full refund. Back to the drawing board for another 4ft bed frame. Any recommendations gratefully received. Thank you.

ZERO STARS!
Ordered a bed frame at the start of October 2022 and have been chasing a refund for six months as they could not fulfil the order.
I was asked for my details to make a refund and have been ignored since. It is clear they have no intention of refunding my money.
Very unprofessional! Zero customer service, do not order form this company!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY ordered a 4foot divan bed from Just…

I ordered a 4foot divan bed from Just 4foot beds on the 21st of November. I payed just short of £250 for the bed, payment was taken instantly. What I didn't pick up on until later is the payment went to a Steve@live not to just beds. When I ordered delivery was within 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and no delivery, no call to arrange a delivery and no email so I emailed the manager who in his reply said he was too busy as had a load of emails to work through and that he would get back to me later, HE DID NOT! His spelling wasn't the best either. Alarm bells did start to ring. I waited but nothing. Christmas came and went and so did the New Year still nothing. I emailed but no reply. My daughter then telephoned the company and they did answer the phone. My daughter cancelled my order and asked for a full refund that we were assured would be made within 10days. It's nearly a month since the refund was promised and yes you guessed it NO REFUND. I am fed up and tired especially when I shopped around for a small double bed with mattress, a bed I need. I have health issues, this does not help me at all. There is a cost of living crisis things are bad enough let alone being conned out of almost £250. It is not fair of this company to trade, to advertise Thier beds, their great service reviews and take out money when they have no intention of delivering the goods we pay for in good faith. It is I think wicked. I will be contacting trading standards and I will be going public with my experience with this company. My daughter will be contacting them again to chase up the money they owe. I am so upset by what has happened. I too wish I had of read the reviews on here. DON'T BUY A BED FROM THESE PEOPLE. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AND DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!

Don't risk dealing with this company

Please , please, please, listen to the one star reviews. Bed advertised as taking 1 to 4 weeks to arrive, money taken immediately but no further contact after 4 weeks, I started calling every couple of weeks after this and its obvious now they were just fobbing me off. Cancelled order by mutual agreement after 3.5months. Been waiting almost 2 months for refund. Its obvious they have no intention of refunding my money either. Excuse after excuse. They know exactly what they are doing.

Buy a bed elsewhere!

Ordered a bed and advised the company at the time of ordering I needed the bed urgently as another company had let me down. I phoned twice to ask for delivery date… they do not phone you back. When you phone them you are put on hold a very long time in the hope that you will just go away! Cancelled the order and requested refund, was told 14 working days. No refund made, I have had to request credit card company refund my money! Save yourself a lot of time and energy by finding somewhere else to purchase a bed. I wish I had read the reviews before placing business with this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. From ordering the customer service has been horrendous! I am still waiting on a full refund of over £450 that was promised after they failed to delivery the bed I ordered. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Don’t waste your time or money! I am reporting this company to trading standards it appears they should not in operation.

Order from this company at your own risk and only if you have plenty of time to chase and chase and chase.

I ordered a bed on the 4th of Jul - been chasing and chasing only to be fobbed off - finally requested a refund which has also not arrived! Having to claim back through my credit card and reported this company to Trading Standard! At best, this company has disgraceful customer service - At worst, total scammers! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Mattress not delivered. No money back.

I ordered a mattress from that company, they said it would be ready in six weeks, I phoned after about 8 weeks, they said it would be a further week. I phoned again, they said it wasn’t ready.
I cancelled the order, now I’m waiting for my money refunded, they said it would be returned to my account, after numerous phone calls and after FOUR WEEKS still no money. This is very wrong.
A very bad company, please do not use.
Every thing I have wrote is true as I remember it.
They have now informed me that the above is not true, I will stand by every word. Have also told me the payment due me is NOW BEING PROCESSED. After five weeks finely paid, thank you.

Company may just be a supplier of beds…

Company may just be a supplier of beds from lots of other companies

Hang onto bed details -

Bed was delivered and broke within a day - waited ages for a replacement part had to rebuild the bed and then ages again for them to collect the broken bits

Bed now broken again

We've got one average sized teen in a small double - means it would collapse even quicker for a couple

Terrible customer service

Ordered bed and was told it would arrive within 2 weeks and the manufacturer would contact me shortly with a delivery date. When a week had passed I emailed to say I’d heard nothing. I was told the bed would be delivered the following day (bit short notice). I took the day off and waited in. Didn’t arrive. Emailed again and was told it would be coming in 2 days now. On the day it was due to be delivered the second time I emailed to ask if it would indeed be delivered. I then got a call from the manufacturers telling me they tried to deliver it on the first day. I said they didn’t as I was in all day. She said they rang me and I didn’t answer. I said I had no missed calls but they could’ve left a voicemail. She said there was no voicemail it just rang. I said it’s a business number so of course it has an answerphone. She then said it would be delivered in 3 days time, not this second day I was told it would be! I told her the customer service was unacceptable and I didn’t believe her excuses for not delivering and I wanted a refund. I’ve now ordered from a well known company. Would never deal with these again.

Wasn't a great shopping experience if I'm honest

Ordered bed online - that didn't work so called them to finalise the purchase.

Bed arrived a few weeks later, well some of it did.

Chased firm and then a week later all arrived.

Unpacked it. What a shock every part damaged and twisted.

Asked for replacements to be sent, and they were promised.

Did they turn up, No!

Repeated above a number of times having to chase daily.

Finally got fed up and said they can take it back.

Now stuck in cycle of waiting for rubbish couriers to collect.

Daily calls, promises made and broken daily.

In short - don't buy or deal with these people

Final update - bed was eventually collected and refund issued. The fault with all this seems to lie with a rather dubious and unreliable courier firm. So if purchasing from here I'd ask if they intend to use XDP to deliver. If they do I'd suggest you ask for an alternative courier.
