I won't buy from this company again

I won't buy from this company again , the bed was good but had to wait for over 4weeks with very little communication from the company, they said they had arranged delivery with myself I had no phone call or email about delivery ,I work Monday to Friday 8 am to 6pm so would have to book time off to receive delivery , it was just by chance my son was home as he was poorly that someone was home .

Pleased with the products but very…

Pleased with the products but very disappointed in amount of time it took to receive them. I had to email asking how much longer they were going to be. I did get a very prompt reply but still had a few more days wait before they were delivered

Brilliant

Brilliant. Customer service excellent. Delivery excellent. Instructions brilliant and easy to put together. Overall I would recommend this company and bed to anyone. Bed it's self is very strong and of good quality.

Excellent service & delivery

Excellent service & delivery. Quality bed delivered fast, easy to assemble & had it ready in less than 1.5 hours. Great customer service on the phone as well. Fully recommend this company to anyone!

The bed is lovely and more importantly…

Having looked for queen size beds in various stores and found the selection limited or the reviews not positive (poor quality, noisy on turning over), I decided to check out Just4ftbeds and was nervous about buying before seeing. However, the bed I ordered is lovely and, more importantly, very sturdy. It wasn't clear on the website that you could order with express delivery so I had to call back to sort out a quicker leadtime but the staff couldn't have been more helpful! Bought the bed for my teenage daughter while she is home from uni and she absolutely loves it!

Great Value for Money mattress

Great Value for Money mattress. A quick and speedy service. Would have been 5 stars but for the fact that delivery was a day early and unexpected as I was not at home. However, driver phoned me and we made arrangement for it to be left in a safe place.
