Great bed and mattress. service and delivery were excellent, even during covid!

Where to start? Delivered my order 4 months late, meaning I was sleeping on the floor for the entirety of that time. Showed no remorse whatsoever, not offering an apology at any point.

Their correspondence was also extremely poor - most emails wouldn’t be replied to for a fortnight and some wouldn’t be responded to at all.

The bed was over priced and came slightly chipped. I repeatedly asked for a refund and not only did they not give one after verbally promising over the phone, they repeatedly ignored my follow up emails.

Rude company, useless products, overpriced and slow. Please avoid at all circumstances.

Bed was delivered on time and we were pleased with service inview of the Bed was east to assemble and is very comfortable.

Easy to assemble by one person, I mean though its said it requires two people, but I manage to do it on my own. Instruction are good and easy to understand. Best purchase I've made. Good and sturdy bed.

Honestly can say worse company I’ve ever dealt with otherwise I wouldn’t be writing this review just don’t want people to go through the same experience as me quality service receptionist staff so rude and very unhelpful unprofessional been waiting for refund since July the boss is never in according to the staff do not order from here nightmare company

Very efficient service, delivery on time and product good value

This company is a a complete rip off. I ordered a bed at on the 9/06/20 and had no update at all on the order. Due to absolutely no update/correspondence from the company I messaged 09/07 to be told the bed was not available until August and I had to pick another bed. When I explained my daughter didn’t like any of the other beds available I was informed that my decision had been referred to the credit control department for a refund. I have since messaged twice in the last 13 days and heard nothing more. I am nearly £300 out of pocket. Take my advice do not use/order from this company!!!!

I never leave reviews so this is an exception. Order placed without any hassle, delivered on time and my daughter confirms the mattress is very comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Excellent service, customer service team members very professional with a very good business altitude, speedy delivery well packaged and NOT damaged, excellent communication, highly recommended and I will NOT hesitate to deal with them again

I just want to say how happy I am with the service and the bed. It is beautiful! Great value for money too. It was easy to assemble.

Something has gone wrong with this company since the positive reviews last year as my experience was awful... bed fine when it finally arrived, but took over 6 weeks and multiple chasing telephone calls. Sam, the lady on phone was disinterested and noticeably angry during the last call when it seemed I was unreasonable to query when I would receive the bed - she just kept repeating they had now received it in logistics. Customer service absolutely dreadful - Sam had no right to be irritated with me when all I wanted was to be kept informed as to when I would receive my very expensive bed. Curt and disinterested when I was explaining I work and would need notice to book leave. I would not use this company again unfortunately. All they had to do to keep me happy was proactively keep me informed. (The only positive was that the delivery man was lovely)

This company has the worst customer service I have ever received. I had problems with my delivery, they don't answer emails or return calls. Their telephone number is a premium number and was very expensive to ring them. It is not stated on their website or when you ring that it is a premium number which I have been advised this should be shown clearly. I have been in contact with the company but they are not responding, I am now in the process of putting in a complaint with Advertising Standards Authority. I would advise anyone not to use this company.

My teenage daughter wanted a double bed but there was insufficient space in her room. This lovely cream metal framed small double (4ft) was perfect and she is very happy with it.

Super bed - had been looking for ages. Much better quality and good looks than anticipated. However, what happened to the handles on the mattress?
They are enormously useful when turning or manipulating the mattress and are advertised as "handsewn" on the prominent mattress label.

Must mention the extremely nice and efficient delivery man, who also put the bed together for me.
