Bed arrived in reasonable amount of time, well packaged, delivery had a designated time , however they didn’t seem to ring so I could get home to let them put it in the house. Was left alongside the house , which meant a struggle for me to get a very heavy box in doors .
Product as picture and put together easily. Am pleased with the product overall.

Bed was excellent unfortunately the delivery let us down badly. Paid for express delivery was told it would be within a few days took the days off work to find out that it was not the case! Resulting in having to take unnecessary holidays.

Just updating. Company came through as promised and replaced with perfect fitting bed!!

Bed arrived when stated. It was put together for me without fuss. Mattress is lovely. Looks good. Ideal for a smaller room.

Excellent bed, excellent service.

I purchased 4ft bed base last May (2016) and already it has broken. It is just over a year old and they will not replace or give any option to give me a discount on half a bed base (which honestly would probably cost them £10). It was the head end on one side which the framework has collapsed underneath the material. I would never buy anything from here again, as the customer service is absolutely rubbish. I have emailed 2-3 times since and had no response at all. If you want a decent bed base to last more than a year, do not buy from here.

Bought a Faro bed and mattress for my 19 year old son. Straightforward to put together and very modern. Items delivered when promised.

The lady I spoke to went over and above to get my delivery to me on a certain date.
The delivery men were on time polite and friendly, which is nice when you're a woman living alone and many delivery people come across more unfriendly.

I went for a pine frame and the cheapest mattress. As my son has come back to live with me, so didn't want expensive. As soon it will just be a spare bed?? I hope??

I bought a bed frame and mattress. We waited while the delivery team were due to be in our area to deliver the items, so take that in to account when ordering. The company kept in touch regarding delivery and my calls and emails to them regarding delivery were always replied to. When the products were delivered, the boxes were undamaged (which makes a change) and the van driver courteous and caring. On assembly, instructions were clear and all parts were correct and of good quality. When fully assembled the frame is strong and sturdy, and very smart. The mattress was wrapped in strong plastic and was clean and undamaged. As a complete set the bed is impressive, the size and colour were as expected and we are very pleased with the end result. Considering the whole shopping experience, the quality of the items and the customer service, I would use and recommend this company again.
