Excellent service from my initial phone call. My order was stored for me until I could take receipt of it and then it arrived promptly. The delivery man was cheerful towards the end of a long day; he was extremely helpful and assembled the bed expertly.

Just 4ft Beds are a company I would use every time, although I hope my new bed and amazing mattress will see me through my retirement!

This sofa bed looks fabulous in my daughters bedroom and is perfect for sleepovers.

This company delivers different products to those ordered and its "promise" on its home page that it has a "no quibble seven day return policy" is misleading because mattresses cannot be returned. I bought the Rossi 800 pocket mattress. It was supposed to have pocket springs and a layer of memory foam on top. What I got was a Zen Sleep coolmax memory foam mattress - not even the same brand as I had ordered. There are clearly no pocket springs in it despite the company's claims to the contrary. All it is is four layers of foam glued together. I tried to send it back of course but the company refused to take it. It said since the mattress had been unwrapped from its vacuum pack it was unable to do so. The mattress came rolled in opaque packaging meaning once the mattress was opened for inspection the "no quibble" returns policy" is rendered useless.

We placed an order for a bed on 2nd April at the point of ordering the website gave no indication of a delay in delivery the company then sent an email confirming the order with normal deliver 5-7 day which was not a problem as I didn't need it until 13th April. My wife who had ordered this bed on behalf of a vulnerable adult who she cares for phoned them to arrange delivery as instructed on their email and was told it would be 2-3 weeks!! I needed the bed for 13th so they then said they then said if she paid £39.50 express delivery she could have it within the 5-7 days (as advertised without extra charge on their website). She paid the money but then got a message today (12th April) to advise delivery would now be 19th April!!! After speaking to a so called supervisor she said she couldn't do anything about it! She managed to get the number of the courier company doing the deliver Furdeco who said they do not do express delivery however listening to the story kindly agreed to deliver tomorrow as arranged and paid for. Thanks to this delivery company it's been sorted but Just 4ft beds cannot be trusted, they have taken additional money from a vulnerable person's under false pretences which is simply disgusting!!
