I gave this a lower rating because of their website and confusing charges,
I gave this a lower rating because of misleading cost of a 1 time service. The site appears to charge $5 for one service, I was charged $48 for a membership. Although I think JustAnswer was very helpful in clearing up the problem I first inquired about, the fine print cost me $48 as they will not refund payment. And when asked about a refund they said they would not refund. That using the app meant I had agreed to their terms. The way it read to me was a $5 charge for a simple one time use. Be cautious, make sure you read the fine print and what you are actually paying for,

FRAUDLENT ENTITY
I got a pop up for JustAnswer.com while trying to resolve an HP laser jet issue. I understood it was HP related. It asks for a $5 payment which I used a debit card to pay. They within a few minutes explained that they were unable to help. I googled just because it seemed odd and saw FRAUD warning immediately that they ask for $1 but charge more. I checked bank account and indeed I was charged $48. My Router was hacked. I had to cancel my bank debit card and have a new one iss
