I received the Morgan boot and the box…
I received the Morgan boot and the box has a gauge in it,I opened box and one boot has a scuff mark from the gauge on the box. It doesn't wipe clean and I do have pics if needed. So what can u do about this?

Worst experience online!!
Worst experience online.
I bought a pair of shoes because it was cheap, then Just Fab subscribed me to this VIP program without my consent. I asked for a refund, the money was refunded to my account but automatically deducted again.
I spoke with many members of the customer service and they kept giving me excuses as to why it was deducted again. Also suggesting that one of my relatives used my bank card to activate the VIP program again... really stupid.
I do not recommend Just Fab to anyone, their products are super low quality and they are a rip off with their VIP program. Worst customer service ever.
