Trying to cancel subscription

I have bee trying to cancel this subscription for over 6 months. Customer service is terrible and they make it very difficult. To contact by phone. Currently I have 3 charges of $49.99 for app I do not use and can’t afford since my husband passed.
If you even care please contact me at (623) 523-1323.
Thank you,
Pamela Crews

Be careful its fraud

I purchased the app "Just-Fit - Lazy workout" through Google Play on March 17th, with the promise of a 7-day trial. I tried to use it, but the promise in the ad and description was not according to my expectations. The same day, I canceled my subscription. But Google Pay and JustFit App refused to return the cost of the 1 year subscription, they change me. So, I had to contact my bank and register dispute of this transaction.
Poor service, poor support and bad behaviour towards customers.

They falsely advertise that the app is…

They falsely advertise that the app is FREE. Technically you can download the app but can’t get anything beyond the opening screens. I would never use an app that has no integrity in its product. I’ll find something else more honest — like a book with appropriate exercises!

This company is a COMPLETE RIPOFF

This company is a RIPOFF! I signed up for the 7 day free trial. Instead, they charged me $39 & I have not been able to even login since the beginning! I got 1 email from them, telling me to talk to apple, and they have nothing to do with their own billing! I DO NOT use Apple products! I told them that, got no response. I finally figured out it was Google. I wrote to them, and they refused to refund my money, and told me to talk to Justfit. I emailed Justfit again....multiple times. They either ignore me completely, or send me an autoresponse that has NOTHING to do with my issue. So, now, I am out $39 AND I cannot log into the app. This company is a TOTAL FRAUD, JUST LIKE THEIR "FREE" TRIAL. DO NOT LET THEM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR MONEY!

I did not use the app and I believed I…

I did not use the app and I believed I had canceled it. I was charged for another 6 months. I used the chat bot since they do not have customer service reps to speak to. When the chat did not work they suggested I take a call to resolve the issue. I then had to pay another $5 to cancel my subscription!
Do not subscribe it’s more than a bit shady!

RIPPED ME OFF FOR $39!

I thought I signed up for a 7 day free trial. Instead, I was charged $39 for 3 months. There is no way to contact the people at justfit; and Google is ZERO HELP! BEWARE! ONCE THEY CHARGE YOU, THEY DO NOT STOP!

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. It is a scam. Not able to customize based, although it says you can. I have a bad shoulder(and said that I did), but was given pushups and other shoulder exercises to do. I tried to work with them to get it figured out, to no avail. Then I tried to cancel and they said they would refund the money if I replied with the order number, which I did many times and they never refunded the money. I reached out over and over, but they never followed through. I would never recommend this company/app to anyone, ever. Google does not protect their customers from this type of bad business either, I tried to get help from them as well.

Loving this app

Loving this app, great for building confidence & getting started with exercise again. Yes, paid the annual subscription but feel it's good value. After several life hiccups have allowed myself to become v unfit & overweight. Really struggled with motivation but found these short sessions brilliant as easy to fit in & varied enough to keep going. I get it's not intense enough for avid gym bunnies but a great place to start and easy to build into daily habit. 11 days in and still motivated to keep it up. Only criticism is the heart monitor v inaccurate. Even when sweaty & breathless yesterday - it still declared I was in resting rate & should exercise.

Dangerous app

Dangerous app, they ask for your body limitations and DO NOT TAKE THEM INTO CONSIDERATION, I've hurt my wrist badly following their plan

I've found it not to be a scam

I've found it not to be a scam
I downloaded just fit 5 months after having a full knee replacement (my other knee is due one in the future)
So I'm very limited to what exercise I can do as can't walk without a rollator.

I downloaded it fine and yes was wary as had to put in bank card, however I did get my 7 day free trial and the money came out for the year subscription £37 ish after the trial
(For a year is good)

I chose chair exercises and it's why I
chose it in the first place
I started with the beginners and do the 6/7 minute exercises 2 to 4 times a day every day as work from home I do them at breaktime
I'm now just going to be starting month 3 and still doing beginners chair exercises as it suits me to speed up when I can,I found month 2 harder than month 1,so they
understand that people want different exercise routines and not pushing me too hard but staying on the same thing eg chair
I'm very happy with this app and it works for me,doing it in the privacy of my own home

I may try other exercises as get stronger so plenty of time to make use of the app

I don't know what happens at the end of the 12 months eg do I reapply for another year or they auto take the money,so I will see,not worried as think I will need the app for a long time yet

Thanks lazyfit

A complete scam

A complete scam! I suppose to subscribe to the challenge of 13th of January 2025, and click on the link of Justfit and bought the plus package, the name of Oscarfit shows up then and an email saying he will let you know when your diet will be ready,
supposed tailor diet and exercises are not truly tailor for the user. The videos are terrible you ca not follow an exercise routine properly , is worse than just seen a picture printed, the video is short and irrelevant, you probably injured yourself. Avoid big time! As there is non proper guidance. The worst money i have spent so far! Pity cause she look so real..
