Ordered flute lip pads. Arrived as predicted. Delighted with the product.

Ordered two recorders: they arrived very promptly, and well packed.

I was delighted with one of them, but the other - no fault of the seller - was not at all good. However, it did mean I had to use their return process, which was very efficient.

An email arrived with a pre-paid postage address label, I packed the defective item and mailed it, and a refund was made promptly after they received it.

Personalised service and dispatched quickly. Much appreciated.

After advise from people on Flute Forum took the plunge and bought a Trevor James 10X rather than the 5X and have not been disappointed. Am new to flute and quality is very good for price point and plays very well - when I can get a clean note that is :)
Also bought the thumb port which is a must for me as helps hold flute securely in right position.

This review concerns 2 recent purchases: a tenor saxophone and a sax neckstrap. Both transactions were straightforward and both purchases were competitively priced and very good value. Delivery of both was prompt and communications with justflutes was very good. I've been a justflutes customer for some years now - the service is always exceptionally good. I recommend this retailer.

I paid £40 for sound deadening for my saxophone however there is little discernable difference in noise. I feel it was a waste money

Just flutes normally provide an excellent service, however on this occasion there was a six month wait for a back order which was in fact a silver pendant as a Birthday present. Too long!
