This host is a rip off it gives you discount to signup and then the next bill comes huge, it was meant to be $12.99 a month for 12 months but my bill came for $99 a month. Dont trust them they are scammers and will take your money,

Hello, I had many issues with the transition of the name of my site, after the name change, my website completely fell apart, I went thru so many customer service agents and after a year, Joy M customer service rep is now my angel, her knowledge of the Cpanel, softaculous, wordpress and the back end is unbeatable. Nobody can top her skills, and I spoken to at least 100 agents. She did not put me off and said she will write up a ticket, she kept me on the phone presented her expertise in such a way, that she definitely knew what she was doing and teach it back to me. I would like to propose she handle sites such as mine, and get a raise in pay. Not only did you assist me, she also direct me on how to repair and create within my own site, my site is 8 years old and I know I'll have some issues, but this women is by far under recognized and under paid, she did not tell me to say this. Thank you for having such a woman available to us, there is no one like her, and I will repeat NO ONE like her. Thank you Joy M. from Justhost.
Avoid like the plague
Used these guys to buy domains for over 15 years now. But of late they have deactivated my account and I had to spend hours getting it back, then 2 days later they say I'm buying fraudulent domains when they didn't even show up on my account, then they locked my account again which took another 2 hours of live chat to get sorted only to have 2 more domains show up on my account that I didn't buy. My advice stay well clear of this company as it is a headache to deal with, I will be moving all my domains from them to a more professional provider.

6 years ago I switched to Justhost from Bluehost. I set up a website that I did not used....3 years later when it was time to renew, I found out that my account was de-activated...without any notice, for no reasons... It took me days with the support to get it re-activated to be able to renew.
3 years later (2025), when it was time to renew, I found out that my account was de-activated...without any notice, for no reasons... It took 2 days chatting back and forth with the support to re-activate it. When they did, I realized they have activated mukti factor authentication on my account without my approval. As a result I was not able to log onto my re-activated account. Some more chatting with the support.
At this point I decied to move my website to another hosting company. It took 3 more days chatting with the support to be able to transfer my domain name.
Their EPP code was not working and the support guys didnt even know about what was written in their own website help section concerning the EPP code issue and how to solve it.
De-activating an account without any notice is a big no-go and so is the ineexisting support.... Bye bye Justhost

We solved this in one interaction. Her name is: Neeraja Alladath Paramb. Five stars. I am a Justhost client for more than 15 years, if I remember correctly.
Absolutely unreliable
Absolutely unreliable. Customer service is extremely disappointing and general hosting service has recently become unreliable.
Unexpected Backup restoration fee
I've used this company for years and they used to be very good. I recently had a problem and simply requested they roll back the site to their last backup. This used to be free as surely they only just have a button to press to achieve this. No longer free - now, and as far as I recall, completely unannounced - £100!!!!
I wil not be renewing and felt that others needed to know about this change of policy.

The customer service here is the worst I have every experienced. All they care about is taking your money and respond like robots to simple requests. I will never recommend them to anyone. I feel stuck using them

We started using just host 14 years ago, but in the recent years they've increased their prices astronomically and their service customer support is atrocious, site keeps going down, or getting hijacked, go somewhere else to avoid disappointment and wasting your time

Terrible, terrible support! If you can sign up for a different hosting service, do it.
I signed up for JustHost about 10 years ago to host my business website. They were among the most affordable options.
But whenever I need support, I am being reminded how bad of a decision that was.
I stopped receiving some critical emails. I found out that the JustHost server suddenly started blocking emails from an important sender that I cannot miss.
I just spent 45min with their support chat (an agent named Nandan) and this was quite frankly one of most frustrated support experience I have had.
Instead of acknowledging the issue when I showed him a screenshot of the rejected messages I am not getting, he sent me an email from his gmail account (which of course came through to my inbox) and claimed everything is fine.
The chat ended with him essentially telling me to go away because everything is was working fine.
Absolutely incredibly to treat customers this way after 10 years.
I feel locked in... I am not technical and wouldn't even know how to move my stuff to a different company.
But if you're reading this and haven't signed up yet, run! Don't make the mistake I make.

JustHost lost my web site
JustHost completely lost a nearly 400 page web site. The CSR/bot kept repeating the same questions for over an hour to no avail. I am no pro. For me to have to recreate a 400 page web site will take a lot of time. Fortunately, this web site was not business related. By no means do I recommend trusting Just Host.
