Easiest purchase ever
Easiest purchase ever! I bought this as a replacement for a hairbrush I’d had before and it’s excellent. The website was easy to use and it was delivered in around 3 days. Fantastic service from Justmylook from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Illegal and worst experience had with any…
The worst experience I've had with any company.
Took my money and didn't send a product (which is theft).
Said I had to chase the courier. However the Consumer rights act 2015 is very clear. The responsibility of the courier and chasing is on the seller until the customer has the item.
They argued and argued they didn't have to.
They said I put safe place on my order (I didn't answer don't have one).
I asked for them to send me a screenshot or photo of this and they couldn't.
So they stole from me and then lied about it.
