I previously left a review regarding my missing order, but I wanted to provide an update on the situation because the handling afterwards has been even more frustrating.

To recap: I placed order #J28805905 on 24 June 2026 and paid £36.51 for next day delivery/collection. I was told the parcel was ready for collection, attended Argos, and the parcel could not be found despite staff searching for around 30 minutes.

When I contacted Just My Look, I was told the parcel may have actually been sent to an M&S collection point instead. I followed this advice, but it was not there either.

I requested a refund, but Just My Look refused while they investigated with DPD. I therefore had to raise the matter with my bank, who initially received evidence from Just My Look stating only that the parcel was “ready for collection”. I explained that this was never the issue — the issue was that I attended collection and the parcel was not there.

I provided my bank with the full evidence, including screenshots of my WhatsApp conversations with Just My Look, and the bank has now reopened the investigation.

I also opened a Resolver case to try to resolve this directly. Despite providing my order number, confirmation email, billing details and shipping details, I was initially told my order could not be found under my email address. This is extremely confusing given that this is the same order previously discussed with Just My Look customer services and the same order for which I have an official confirmation email.

I am now at the point where every route I have tried to resolve this seems to be met with barriers:

* Just My Look would not refund me while investigating with DPD.
* They disputed my bank claim based on the parcel being “ready for collection”.
* They are now saying they cannot locate my order despite me providing the order confirmation and details.

The most frustrating part is that I have already reordered the items because I needed them. I am not asking for the goods again — I simply want the original payment refunded for an order I never received.

This is a £36.51 refund, yet the amount of time, stress and effort required to try to resolve this has been completely disproportionate. I feel extremely disappointed by the lack of ownership and willingness to help from customer services.

I hope Just My Look can finally review the full history of this case and resolve what should have been a straightforward issue.

Im still waiting on my order been delivered, it was for next day but that was last Thursday and im still waiting.

Fast and correct delivery, and honestly the best prices I could find for the product I wanted. I even found my old teenage years perfume “Boss woman”, really happy!

I already have Aromatics Elixir perfume and felt it would be a good idea to layer with body lotion. Lotion has a wonderful smell and skin is left feeling very soft and nourished.
