Camilo treated me very well, very kind and concerned about helping me, very grateful for the service, I give him 5 stars.

I booked a ticket and I am pasting the text directly from their website order confirmation page

"All fares displayed here are quoted in USD and inclusive of the base fare, taxes, and fees. ..."

Guess what. Minutes after booking a ticket, I received a call from them asking for more 'taxes and fees' as the booking will not be confirmed unless I pay the additional taxes and fee (I mean - read the text on your website first). When I told the person that this is not what their website says, they started arguing and started giving some bull** explanation which does not make sense at all.

This site is a scam….. wanting to charge me 98.00 more dollars than the tickets were just bc the guy said it was in taxes and fees… scam scam scam

Scam i’m getting my money back through my bank but look at reviews only 7 and most by the same person don’t fall for it

In January 2023 I bought them a ticket to travel from Chile to Atlanta and from Atlanta to Miami; We could not use it because my nephew was going to use it and in Delta Airlines policies, they say that the ticket must be purchased by the same person who is going to travel.
After having made contact with Delta Airlines, they tell me that the 100% refund of the ticket was made to the intermediary company K2 TICKETS.
Today is February 28, 2023 and it has been impossible for me to get my money back, I have sent emails, I have called by phone and I have not been able to get my money back, just like Delta Airlines will return it to them.
I do not recommend them at all

Definitely satisfying and caring. I even received a call after my flight to check if everything went well.

Customer service representative was very patient and demonstrated the concept that the customer is always right. He ensured that when he was finished dealing with me that my problem was resolved.
