Excellent service and organization! Super quick to set-up and start collecting. Also the possibility to write a personnel message to the receiver is great! When I had a question and posted this into the chat, I got a response within minutes. Great service!

Well organised and simple to use. When the moment came to recover the money, it was not immediately obvious how to retrieve the voucher. In the end all went fine.

Only improvement would be to increase length of text that people can add to their contribution.

Appreciate the flexibility on the close date (allow re-open).
Colleagues see the limited message description as a minor issue (140 chars) as some want to write a more extensive message.

Really disappointed that they removed the option of bank transfer from the gift money pot which has been available last year. I used this platform last year where this option was still available and was super happy because of a very hassle free process with low fees and that was exactly the reason why I returned to Kadonation this year instead of using a new platform. Of course it is my own fault for not checking if the terms and conditions have changed since I used it the last time however this is now very annoying because the gift voucher option is no option as we already have committed to a gift we will buy directly with this money. We used the platform to collect the money in a hassle free way during COVID 19 lockdown; worst case is that I'm stuck now with the fact that I need to shell out the donated sum from my own money (which is already a substantial amount of a couple of hundred Euros) to be able to purchase the intended gift while being stuck with a to me useless voucher or gift... Maybe a notification to existing customers would have been a good idea that the T&Cs have changed since last year (after all it's a registered account with this platform, so you have the contact email)? Please consider re-introducing this bank transfer option, otherwise Kadonation is sadly of no use to me anymore and I will not use this again. Great platform if you're ok with being limited to their partners, otherwise not useful anymore. Sorry.

Had a little issue with redeeming the voucher but Anneleen came to the rescue and everything went well! would definitely use Kadonation again!

Excellent on-line platform to collect group gifts without hassle. One drawback if you ask me: the text field for donators to leave comments is far too limited. Other than that: great tool!
