they rectified the situation very well
i was so happy to be ordering off these people again however i was devastated when it arrived as i seen that they made an error in the process. i got onto them right away and they were so apologetic and arranged to send me a replacement. the replacement arrived yesterday and it was perfect.

First time ordered, had a problem with dog picture , could not send picture so chose close enough, and changed color as out of first choice. Will receive in 3 to4 wks, works for Christmas gift, he will love it.. Hard to buy for son in law. Great help.

I Ordered a personalized cap with pictures and names of my past dogs. the orderingprocess is quite easy; at the end of detailing order you will get an example of what you will order. At this point you still can make changes. the payment is as easy as ordering. Although the imprint on the cap is not what I expected kalliegear promised to correct this right away. If you want to have something special, personalized, this is the side to be.

Good products, website needs a little love, Great consumer support.
I ordered a baseball cap, the maximum size of the circumference on the web site was wrong ( they say 25 in but it's more like 23in. )
The cap was too small for me, I contacted customer support who responded quickly and fixed the situation promptly and in a satisfactory way.
Would not hesitate to order from them again.

I'm very happy with the quickness and quality in which I received my tumbler. It was hard to decide which breeds to put on it as I have had so many. Each one that I chose has a very special memory. One of the breeds is not so common, so I was thrilled when I found it among the choices. I like the larger size (3 cups) as I don't have to fill it so often. I used it a lot this summer, to keep hydrated.

I ordered three personalised tumblers…
I ordered three personalised tumblers of two dogs - two for the owners and one for myself, the dog-sitter.
The three tumblers had each of our names, and we each have individual nicknames for the dogs - all came printed correctly.
The choice of breed and colours to select from was extensive and we got two that perfectly represented the dogs.
International postage to Australia was super-fast.
