Ordered three items for xmas in November to arrive in plenty of time. Never got a tracking number for the third item. Contacted them in regards to this and they assured it was on its way. Items with tracking numbers sat with a shipping company for over two weeks doing nothing. When contacting the shipping company they explained they had received the order but not the item. Kalliegear said they had the item and sent a screen shot of the same screen I had for tracking only they had changed there dates on it to look as though it was on the move. Finally received two of the three items well after xmas. Third item I initially contacted them about for tracking number non existant. Still refused to offer a refund so I had to put a disput in with paypal. They have now offered me less than I paid for the non existant item! This company is as shoddy as they come!

Update..... hat has not been recieved! Dispute was opened and I have had private emails daily harassing me to drop the dispute and I will get a refund. Refund and THEN I will drop the dispute! It's that simple! I will not drop it before! If you wish to contact me, you can do this through the dispute not private emails where paypal can't see that you are in fact harassing me!

The travel tumbler was perfect! High quality, beautiful, sturdy, done exactly to the order, no flaws, and my coffee stayed hot for hours, still warm after a 8 hr shift!!!! I have had many compliments on the this and have referred 3 people already.

Ordered personalized cap for my boyfriend trucker and i received on the time they said 14 to 28 days. Very happy and look nice!! Thank you

Our order did finally arrive! The shoes are actually very well made, fit perfectly and are adorable! I have updated our rating to four, marked down only for the delays in shipping and responses when we reached out to them. Other than that, very pleased!
My husband ordered a pair of custom shoes for me for Christmas in early November. The tracking continues to show "processing" and never updates. He has attempted to contact the company several times and has not received a response. I would not recommend ordering,unfortunately. I am really disappointed because the product looked so cute and I was really looking forward to receiving them.

Ordered for my hubby for Christmas and they rest sure me that I would get it on time ,and I did receive it 1 wk before ,and it turned out great ,hubby Loves it ❤️

I have made a few different purchases from this company and as of yet, I have not yet been disappointed in my products. Even though sometimes it may seem like your order will not get to you as fast as you might want them to, my orders have always been worth the wait. I will continue to place orders from this business because they have never let me down yet. Even the orders that were ordered and delivered to my friends as gifts were accepted just like mine were. This is a very trustworthy company in my eyes. Keep up the good work guys.

A little slow on the response time, but realy good on when following up and getting back to you. Item ordered met the expectations.

Originally I was scared because I placed an order of Christmas gifts a month in advance & having never ordered from this site before I was afraid when I wasn’t receiving any tracking emails or info.

Once I emailed asking about the tracking info, the company got back to me promptly with tracking info & all in all the products I ordered arrived in time & they look fantastic! Thank you Kalliegear!

I wasn't sure about this company like most over facebook....but im glad i took the chance and ignored the small miniority of negative comments, the positive far out weighed them.....Communication 5*.....had an issue and they helped straight away, provided a tracking number so you could track the journey and was recieved in the time frame stated, even with royal mail strikes..... the hat was exactly as shown in pictures and my little girl is going to love it....thank you....xo

I received my mug yesterday. I love it. Craftmanship is fantastic. I had several conversations about picture to be used on the mug and your staff were so patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered two hats to be personalized in November they are supposed to be Christmas gifts and still haven’t received them, when I look on tracker it says they’re being processed so I will not be receiving them by Christmas

After 3weeks received the cup I ordered, but the cup was misshaped and lid broker, no word back from kalliegear, guess that's one xmis present that won't be given.
UPDATE
I was contacted after my review posted and offered to fix the broken cup. But still 14-30 days wait from then, no way to speed that up. Still waiting to see if the replacement comes.

I was skeptical as many FB sites you can buy from are scams, BUT, this site is legit! They were easy to order from, I decided to change something on my order and they fixed it the next day without hesitation, and they responded to all my questions within one business day! They provided a tracking number when asked and I received my order exactly how I placed it! The shoes turned out perfectly! I honestly couldn’t be happier! Due give yourself plenty of time for shipping (approx 6 weeks) but they are a custom order. Totally worth the wait!

First off, let me start by saying the quality of the cups that were sent was fantastic. Unfortunately, I ordered custom printing on the 30 oz cups and the result was NOT like what the order showed on two of the cups. So disappointed as these were intended as Christmas presents. One cup turned out to be as advertised. I just wish I could post a picture with this review. If you upload your own picture for Kalliegear to place on the merchandise, just be aware that it probably won't be what you expect, definitely not what the order showed it would look like. Now stuck with no Christmas presents and a loss of about $80.

The hat is as advertised. The delivery was a bit longer than anticipated but worth the wait. My only problem and it is a slight one is that the model number (D700) is a hard to read.
