Items were not well packaged and…
Items were not well packaged and arrived damaged with 2 of the 3 bottles having lost content and with the seals broken. I contacted Kalsa for a replacement and they have not organized replacements/returns after 5 days

From the photos transmitted and from what you reported, the bottles are open (seal tampered with).
Our products undergo strict checks on their integrity before being packed and shipped.
If the damage was caused by the courier, as indicated in our conditions of sale and as suggested in the emails received by us on the progress of the order, you are protected only if, during the delivery phase, you have signed the courier receipt with "reserve of control".
Without this requirement, we cannot impute the damage to the courier.
Also understanding the inconvenience, we offered her a promotional discount code.
