Unable to update other review won’t let me log in, the company did pay out winnings, of £370, the games are good, but feel you have to beg to be paid out, it’s not something they just do even when you’ve sent all documents, can see where the frustrated reviews come from and can see where people have had difficulty receiving winnings, you can also only withdraw £100 which is very disappointing, the choice of games is good, but accessing winnings if you win not so good. The customer service is just an automated robot also. But they did pay out 👍

First time ever using anything like this. I deposited £20 as was nervous I'd loose my money and I did. I started playing a game where you have to tap a box to open. Example x16. The boxes wasn't opening after say triple the amount tapped and obviously it takes money for each tap. What's with that? Why wasn't the boxes opening? I won't deposit again.

I’m really not sure about this company and I’ll let you know in a few days if I’m wrong, they allow me to deposit constantly, withdraw £100 as that’s the minimum you can, took a week for me to get it and I gave them verification, have deposited lots since but no wins, tonight I won £350, over couple hours, i withdrew £100, £150, £100 declined and asked for my bank card details and my bank statement which Iv sent. The reviews Iv read are terrible, and now i feel like Iv been scammed. Iv enjoyed the games, but now finally won they stop you taking. I’m from the UK and usually use sky vegas.
Update 10/3/26 they’ve already verified my account, so Iv just withdrawn again, see if it works, so I’m actually now hopeful, and hope to change review.

Will now not deposit another penny. It’s not looking likely that I will receive and all the negative posts you read are actually correct, for the one that says they got it in 24 hours, absolutely not true.
Update 18:26 11/3/26. Still exactly same haven’t even processed withdrawal, a con that they are still doing checks, so as it stands would advise anyone not to use this company. No betting company needs to check every withdrawal every time you withdraw once they’ve done their initials checks on you. I will not deposit another penny.
