What a weak attempt of a response so explain why you allowed me to loose tens of thousands of pounds within just a few weeks and will not send me my deposit statement

To the Management of Katana Spin Casino,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a catastrophic failure in your "Social Responsibility" and "Duty of Care" protocols.

Between the hours of 18:49 and 22:31 on 2 June 2025, my account balance moved from a peak of £20,707.94 to £0.00. This represents a total loss of over £20,000 within a window of less than 4 hours.

Grounds for Complaint:

1. Failure to Intervene: Under UK gambling regulations, operators must monitor for "bouts of high-velocity play" and "rapidly escalating losses." Allowing a customer to lose over £20,000 in under four hours without a single automated block, mandatory cooling-off period, or human interaction is a total failure of your licensing obligations and social responsibility triggers.

2. Lack of Source of Wealth (SoW) Verification: At this level of loss and velocity, you are legally required to verify the source of funds to prevent gambling harm. No such check was performed before these funds were exhausted.

3. Breach of Duty of Care: Your platform allowed me to continue wagering at a dangerous and unsustainable rate. I am seeking a full refund of these losses on the basis that your systems failed to provide the mandatory protections required for a UK-resident player.

Required Resolution:
I require a formal review of my activity on 2 June 2025 and a refund of the losses incurred during that timeframe, totaling £20,707.94, due to your failure to provide a safe gambling environment plus all the following deposits

Final Notice:
I have retained all screenshots of my wallet balance as evidence. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will escalate this to the UK Gambling Commission and my bank's Dispute/Fraud department to initiate a recovery claim based on "Regulatory Non-Compliance."

Grounds for Full Refund:

1. Illegal Service Provision: Your website now displays an "Access blocked in your country" message. This is an admission that you are not licensed to operate in the UK. By accepting my deposits and allowing me to lose £35,000 before applying this block, you have engaged in predatory and illegal unlicensed gambling activity.

2. Total Failure of Duty of Care: Allowing a UK resident to lose £35,000 in a single afternoon without a single "Social Responsibility" intervention or "Source of Wealth" check is a gross violation of international gambling standards.

3. Intentional Negligence: You intentionally bypassed your own geographic restrictions to accept my funds and only enforced the "block" once my balance was exhausted.

Required Resolution:
I demand a full refund of £35,000 to be returned to my Mastercard (ending in 7700 / 8758).

Notice of Escalation:
I have already secured screenshots of my £20,707.94 balance and your "Access Blocked" message. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours, I will:

• Submit this evidence to the UK Gambling Commission Intelligence Department.

• Initiate a Criminal Chargeback with Mastercard for "Illegal Merchant Activity" and "Service Not Provided."

• Report this merchant to the Action Fraud (UK National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre).

This is my final notice.
