Partners like GoToGate are damaging the reputation of KAYAK. I booked a ticket, but during the payment process my return dates and route were automatically changed to completely different ones. Now I am struggling with the refund process and facing huge cancellation charges.
The worst part is the poor online support — agents are not willing to properly respond to reasonable questions or provide real assistance. After checking customer reviews, I found many others sharing similar bad experiences.
Partners with such poor service standards seriously harm the reputation and trust of platforms like KAYAK. That’s why I’m giving only 2 stars.

Easy to use system
Easy to use system. I always use for flights, but use other site for hotels because they give you points towards discounts on stays when you use them often enough, which I do.

Flights listed not available!
Found direct flights to Halifax (Canada) on/line with good price. But then had to ring a number as unable to pay on line. The problem was the flights on line were not available and the only option was a change in Toronto at an unsuitable time. Re booked direct flight with another provider. Checked Kayak again, the direct flights were still listed. First and last time using this web site!
