Hello,
Until now, I always booked my flights with kayak without an problems and recommended it to all my friends. Unfortunately, I made a very bad experience for the first time now!
I'm really upset about "kiwi.com". I booked a flight from Colombo via Kuala Lumpur and Denpasar through them and 2 things cannot be accepted:
1) They didn't make transparent the fact that you are not allowed to drop off luggage! How can this be possible? Flying to Australia with only 1 hand luggage??
2)Even though the second flight to Bali was on tine, I couldn't get on the connection flight to Sydney because online-check-in in Denpasar isn't possible. I had to get out of the airport and get back in again to the checkin counters for receiving the boarding pass. They close 1 hour before departure and I was 5 minutes too late. So I wasn't allowed to enter the plane because of closed gate even though the plane was not leaving yet and had 40 Minutes until departure!
Now I had to book a new flight for the next day and pay hotel room.
All those risks are not mentioned good enough before you book through their platform "kiwi.com". I would not recommend them at all!
I'm now sitting on the costs alf the second flight ticket and the hotel room and last but not least loosing one day!
