I ordered a bikini top that never arrived but customer service was so incredibly helpful. First they tried to locate it and when it couldn’t be found they tried sending a new one. Since my size was sold out, they refunded the money. Lisa in customer service was amazing, she answered all my questions and was very prompt responding to me!

I ordered a much sought after Luli Fama cover up dress and I am so happy to have received it on time and on sale. I have ordered numerous times from Kayokoko and always have a great experience. Their selection is amazing and you can find the most unique items. My items have always arrived on time. They also have amazing sales!

Part of my order was damaged ,I was also sent the wrong top. They have done Ntg to fix any of this .

I had a great experience with Koyokoko swimwear. I love my Maaji swimsuit.

It took about 3 weeks for me to get my order, but that was in the middle of COVID, so delays were expected.
They use a shopify app (Shop) which makes it easy to track the progress of your order. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Amazing customer service. They answered all of my questions. Fast shipping! Great brands and selection.

I will never buy anything from this place again. The worst online retailer I have ever ordered from. It Took almost 2 months to get my order and a few items we’re out of stock when they shipped.

I am always happy when I receive my order from KAYOKOKO! I love that they carry all of my favorite brands!

Update: I received my swimsuit today, August 11th. The company reached out to me to refund my expedited shipping. They tried to make my experience with them better...which I appreciate! They have a great customer service dept.

I purchased a swimsuit bottom on July 15. I needed it for the 25th so I decided to pay the extra for 2-3 days expedited shipping. It finally shipped at the beginning of August and I have yet to receive my package. They never informed me of the delays and never offered to reimburse my shipping. It will have taken a month to receive something I paid to get within a week!!

This company has great products and a huge variety of styles but if you want a company with custumer service you should shop elsewhere. My Items were ordered in May, it's almost August and my issue is not resolved. There is no customer support telephone number to use. All this confusion may have been prevented over with a phone call.
Here is a quick summary:
- Ordered item May 17
- Wrong item received June 9
- Contacted Kayoko to request exchange package June 9
- Took pictures of what was received and sent order numbers
- Correct item didn’t get shipped until June 26
- Requested Rtn package got confirmation that both items would ship in same envelope on Jun 29
- Followed up July 7
- Received package on July 9th
- Asked about RTN package again on July 11th
- Asked again about RTN envelope, specific question not answered
- Followed up again on June 20
- Again on July 21
- On July 21, I’m told I waited too long to ship items back and I’m going to be charged for WRONG item and the item tagged to be returned if not received by the 24th. Both items were to be placed in one envelope. Im then told the only option was to print emailed rtn label and find packaging,
- I rarely return items. Of the ones I have, the company took full responsibility for errors and sent a RTN package with labels to send back.
- I advised that the package was shipped and I provided a picture of 2 items, scanned/printed copies of orig order details and package. I was then told I wouldnt get a refund for 1 item being returned
- Kayokoko received the package of 2 items on July 23 (within the deadline they provided me on Tues the 21st)
- Interesting shipping option and timing for Rtn since I waited weeks for shipments.
- Someone from customer service was supposed to contact me on July 21/22, it’s now July 31 and have not heard from anyone and have not been refunded anything.
- I'll never purchase from this company again. I lost this money and dont have the product.

May 22nd I placed on order, which only got shipped on June 11th. When I finally received the package, one item in order was missing. They've supposedly sent out another one, but I still haven't received it (July 7th). Neither did I receive a refund.

The customer service is always great, and I love my purchase. I will wear this tunic all summer long.

I love shopping at kayokoko....the very best swim from brands not commonly found at regular swim shops, they run regular sales, it's in Canada, and the customer service team always gets back to you and tries to fix the issue.
