I didn’t buy anything and ask customer service why did I receive an email what says I bought something. Nothing got back to me and now I’m receiving the another email, what a heck?

Overall excellent service. My initial disappointment at not having the synth in stock was turned around by helpful updates from kazbar.
It would have been great to know prior to placing the order that stock was not available but this didn't detract from the subsequent service I received.

Even though it was holiday, and they were closed, I received a kind email that my order would be handled the first open day; and it was. My new synth was received in time and in perfect conditions.

I gave 3 stars mainly because there's stuff advertise on the site ,that you don t have in stock ,but it says otherwise.That confuses and upsets the clients when they order something that it says in stock and then ,they receive an email saying that the order is not in store and you have to wait 2 ,3 ,4 weeks etc,which is frustrating.So take the time and make the right adjustments on the website.Other than that,all good ,communication is great ,customer service on point.

Have dealt with Kazbar Systems on numerous occasions and have always found the staff to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and their communications have been excellent.

To fail the delivery time right in my first purchasing order it's not definitely a good start. So far? Poor performance. I'm still waiting for purchased goods...
