I’ve tried to contact this company several times after receiving my order and had no response. Ordered the cleaning bundle, one of the trigger sprays doesn’t work and I think one of the pods we were given was in the wrong box due to the description having no scent and the pod had a strong citrus smell, I mixed this in the bottle anyway and it left thick sludge at the bottom so I haven’t been able to use this due to thinking I might be using the wrong product on the wrong surface.
Not sure how else I can get in contact with them about it.

I used Mack Dr Dre'n Citrus for the drains within the house hold and they have worked great.
I love the way that it dissolve in the pouch within warm water. A few stirs and it's done.

Bad customer service - Previous delivery took weeks to arrive
The delivery took weeks to arrive. I had to buy some typical dishwasher tablets to use the dishwasher though I had ordered in plenty of time.
I also was experiencing a change in the plastics washed in the dishwasher and on the parts of the dishwasher that are plastic.
I emailed. Got an answer that said something like “we’ve never had that feedback. will need to look into this.”
That was weeks ago and have not had a following reply, update or info.
The tablets are very good. Their customer service is very bad.

I adore the laundry sheets!
Everything is as described and has always arrived promptly.
I absolutely adore the laundry sheets, I'm properly converted, so have recently changed to a subscription on those.
The washing machine & dishwasher is really effective too.

The toilet cleaner isn't bad but the sprays are usless. They don't desolve fully leaving a sediment at the bottom of the spray bottle which blocks the tube redering the spray bottle usless and there is no way to unblock it.
