Very supportive, gave me advice to get my camera from them working

I sent in a lot of equipment in pristine condition along with all the manuals and additional discs, anything that originally came with the equipment. The quote they gave me initially was a little over $500.00 which isn't much but ok. Well even though they listed the equipment in excellent plus condition the final offer was $75. Absolutely a sham of an offer!

I found KEH via a Google search for a particular camera. After using it for two days, I finally found a scratch on the bottom near the tripod mount.

I am absolutely delighted with the transaction.

A definite RECOMMEND for photo equipment.

The product and condition was very accurately described. Shipping was fast, albeit I paid for 2nd day Air and it showed up 4 days later. For me, 99.5% of the time, the gear is spot with its description and shipping too.

They sent me the wrong lense then failed to notify me when the correct lense! This incident cost me $550 they have been holding my funds for 14 days!

My experience was very good. In the purchase and sale of my equipment, which was a camera, and also in the purchase of a Sony 80mm f/1.8 lens. The only thing I would point out was the delay in the evaluation of the product I sent. But in the end everything worked out, the evaluation came in at the price they said it would be, and I am very satisfied with having made this sale and purchase, and I would certainly make more purchases and sales on the KEH Camera website.

The only problem I had was that the lens was shipped with no caps on it. For a expensive piece of equipment like this I’m kind of surprised. I saw no issues with the lens though looked great and it has a total joy and delivery was fast and KEH is great. I just bought three dollar lens cap off Amazon that showed up 24 hours later.

KEH is THE spot for used cameras and camera gear. I've purchased several camera bodies, along with a bunch of lenses and other stuff over the years, and have always had an excellent experience. Their product grading system has always been accurate, they ship your purchase quickly and exceptionally well packaged. This is the second used Pentax lens that I have ordered recently from KEH. I am pleased with the lenses, the prompt delivery, and the packaging.

Purchased a used canon EF lens. Graded as Like New Minus. The lens was absolutely perfect when I unboxed it. No a mark on it anywhere. The glass is perfect. No dust or fungus that I can see. I also purchased an EF 100-400mm from them that was perfect as well. I'll be buying more stuff for sure from them.

Got the item I ordered. It's a Nikon D5200. I was pleasantly surprised how great the item looks. Almost like brand-new.

I can always trust KEH to deliver equipment in better than expected shape. I only buy previously owned equipment from KEH. Prices are fair and equipment ratings are accurate.
