The lens filter was broken. I know that that wa only a small part of the order. Other than that everything was fine.

The Mamiya lens shade was exactly what I needed. It was in excellent (like new) condition.

I got my order. They are very responsive when I contacted them prior to purchasing the camera and ended up buying it. I received my camera in a timely manner. I haven't had the chance to explore the camera yet but it was fully functional and still does not loom worn out even though the description was bargain. It was still in good condition. Thanks and looking forward to buying some more cameras in the future.

I bought a Leica 7x35 Trinovid through their website, it was easy to do, No hassles , perfect I would say.

This was my first time purchasing from KEH. I purchased a lens with caps, the corresponding hood and a filter.

Interestingly KEH offered a package with caps, case and hood, but not one with caps and hood, no case. All items are in terrific condition and I'm very happy with the condition of the items that I received. I was a little disappointed that the end cap was a third party cap rather than a brand matched cap. It might be useful to indicate this in the product listing.

I found that while there are good number of photos for the item in the product listing, they are of uncertain value because they are not of the item that will be received. While the risk is low for top condition categories, for the poorer condition items there is a difference between a little wear and tear vs. a ding from a drop.

For now, I've given KEH the benefit of the doubt as it seems that they make up for these shortcomings by being very conservative in their grading process.

I’ve purchased used equipment from KEH before, most recently around 2001, (two lenses and a prism viewfinder for my 1974 Mamiya C330).

As before, the price for the Nikon zoom lens I just bought, in essentially new condition, was less than half the price of a new lens from Nikon itself.

While the shipping notices varied somewhat, delivery was made on the day originally promised.

All in all, a pleasant experience for a very fair price.

Good selection of camera gear, My Nikon teleconverter arrived packed well but the box taping was torn. Too bad KEH lowered the price of all their Nikon teleconverters by $20, 2 days after I received it. Then MPB finally had some in stock for $40 less.

This was my second purchase with KEH Camera and once again, I am very satisfied with my order. Fast shipping and safe packaging. Will always be my go-to for buying camera equipment. Highly recommend!

Fast response to correct order

My order was shipped and arrived quickly after I placed my order.
The speedlight flash arrived looking and operating exactly as described on KEH's website.

This has been a really GREAT first experience with KEH.

I sent them my camera equipment that I wanted to trade. They evaluated it, gave me a price of what they were willing to give me for my gear, and I put that toward my new lens. It was that easy, and I got a lens that I wanted for a lot less output than buying it outright.

Their communication is the best around, by far. They answered all of my questions in a VERY timely manner, and gave clear answers that I could understand.

Everything I ordered is in perfect condition and even better than I expected! I didn’t see a shipping confirmation on the site, so had sent an email, in the meantime, my order was delivered.
