DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They and other similar websites offer to sell a puppy ROBOT! It was advertised on Pinterest and I thought Pinterest vetted the people who advertise on their site. I bought one and after the extra charges it cost almost $50.00! It's just some cheap Chinese crap that did not even include batteries. I tried to contact them and never heard back. I tried to leave a review on their website but it is impossible.
It is NOTHING like the ones in the videos on their website. THE WEBSITE IS SO MISLEADING! You could buy the same thing at the Dollar store for about $5.00. The videos show a man building an actual robot and show a "robot puppy" interacting with people. NONE of this is correct.
I wish I could upload my photos and video to compare to the videos they posted.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to write these reviews!! I too ordered the crystal mug from the ad on Pinterest. I noticed yesterday that they had not shipped it and emailed them. They did not respond, and after reading your reviews I canceled my order and requested a refund through PayPal. I also took the time to write to Pinterest telling them that they are allowing scammers to scam their patrons and that I will no longer be able to trust their advertisers or purchase from their site!

I ordered the mineral crystal mugs. The size is about half what they claim and they are not made of mineral crystals at all, but are actually plastic. I put a review on their website and they deleted it.

Do Not order the robot Dog.
The product you receive bears no resemblance to the one advertised in every respect. Size, quality, appearance etc. You will be offered 15% refund to keep it.
TOTAL DISASTER. Scam is an understatement.

Ordered a puzzle that never came even though the tracking said it was delivered. No response from company.

Worst experience ever. I'm the other idiot the ordered a "mineral - crystal" mug and received a plastic mug with spray paint. They refuse to answer any emails. It's a nightmare. Over $125 paid. This is theft and unconscionable. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. It's awful!

This is a SCAM. I ordered the Robot Puppy which looks cute and awesome in the video. That is not what I received. It looks very, very cheaply made and it only moves it's head from from side to side that's it. It will not follow you or bark or do any of those things in the video. DO NOT ORDER THIS ROBOT PUPPY!

Four mugs I keep asking for a return label. They came from California, but they want me to send them back to China where we both know it’s gonna cost more than these mugs. These mugs are so tiny. They look like they belong in a children’s tea party not even the ones that I ordered, it’s a scam. It’s a rip off. We should know better than to buy anything from China Singapore, Japan If its not the USA don’t buy it.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! I, like so many other, wish I'd read these reviews prior to ordering a "crystal mug". Crystal aka resin. Absolutely NOT as pictured or described. There is a metal liner inside the cup and it holds just 4 1/2 oz of liquid not 7-10 oz as described. They have yet to send their mailing address for a full refund after two emails but so far have offered a 15% refund and now a 20% refund, as of this morning. I'm angry and frustrated that I fell for such a scam and I see that its also for sale under a different name on Amazon. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!! I've opened a dispute thru my credit card but I'm also reporting it to the Federal Trade Commission whose link is on line. I'll repost something if I ever see a penny back from these shysters but I'm not holding my breath!!

Bought a crystal mug as advertised. Turned out to be plastic. Judging by reviews, they only offer a 20% refund after being shipped back at your expense. If you're in the same situation, report to your bank and retrieve money if possible, don't even try to negotiate with these scammers. Stay away by all means.

Ordered a mineral mug from them. What I received was horrible resin thing with a metal insert. Nowhere near being mineral as advertised. I responded and wanted to return it. It took 3 weeks for them to respond to the email and all they offered was 15% back - saying that shipping was so much. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Their ads on Pinterest are a ripoff.

It wasn't at all like the description given on their website. It looks like a child painted it. There are missing parts. It is made so cheaply. Very disappointing. Now I'm waiting for a return application..how ridiculous that is.
I want a simply return asap

Total rubbish , ordered set of 9 mugs received 3 cheap tacky junk mugs , they sent email saying they sent 9 mugs I showed proof of unopened package and size showing only size to fit 3 mugs , they just said no it sent 9 , and now ignoring my emails

Absolute cheap rubbish,looks nothing like the advertised picture.their returns policy is rubbish but offer you 15% discount if you keep their crap.not even worth the one star.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN.BUYERS BEWARE.

I'm sorry to say that I didn't check reviews before buying. These mugs are plastic with a steel liner. They don't resemble the pictures on Pinterest.

I also was double-charged, although the sting is worse now that I see the crap product!

I ordered 5 of these mugs for Christmas-total junk not the crystal mugs that were shown. I went to my credit card company and got a total refund, not choosing the 15% refund they offered. After they found out I was pursuing a fecund from Master Card they offered me 30% refund and I could keep the crappy mugs-wow,! I went back to the websight and now they are actually showing real minerals made into cups! This is out and out fraud and the company should not be allowed to accept any form of renumeration
