Paid for express post from "Australian"…

Paid for express post from "Australian" company. They are based in China. Took over a month to get here. They explained express was 2 days to get to airport rather that 3-4.

They then kept bombarding me with automated emails. Ask to stop, didn't.
Unprofessional company, advertising as Australian, they aren't.

Product cheap.

This little neck cloud works!

Started working from home as a utilization review nurse for 10 hour shifts I went from running around like a nut for 12-hour shifts on a floor to sitting and staring at a computer or standing I have a stand desk. My neck felt it. I ordered this and within a week I would say I had a good bit of relief and I noticed my headaches were getting better. I've been using this for a few weeks I do recommend it it does work I started out with two five minutes sessions now I just do 10 minutes solid. I forgot to use it for a couple days and I have definitely noticed it. For the price if it doesn't work you have a 60-day money back. I definitely won't be without this.

Get a better sleep!

The neck rest has alleviated jaw pain. I was having trouble sleeping because I was clenching my jaw so much, and this has made a huge difference. I also got the pillow and I find it incredibly comfortable. Both of my items shipped quickly and arrived without issue.

Affordable & exceeded expectations

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I’m on benefits due to chronic illness & pain that stops me from being able to properly live life outside of my room. I am 30 years old and since I was 16 or so, I’ve been dealing with back and neck pain so debilitating not even exercises or strong pain meds have helped. I also suffer from severe anxiety, which only adds to the tension and pain in my already tense & knotted muscles.

I’ve been looking for a more solid solution for years — I’ve tried physio therapy, but what is offered to me for free are information and exercises I already do and know about. As I mentioned, I’m on benefits and can’t afford anything more permanent / personalized. When I saw the Kenko Neck Cloud on sale, I was surprised that something that claimed to be so helpful was at such an affordable price for even someone like me who has almost nothing to spare.

I decided to give it a shot and I am amazed beyond words at just how helpful it really is!!

As someone who is obligated to work on a computer screen for the better part of most days, the neck cloud is the BEST way to start my day.

Ordered the back and neck pack

Ordered the back and neck pack. It arrived a little over a month later which makes the initial reassurance of ‘60 days guarantee’ more like 30…. The product arrived with the curve on the back part going the wrong way which meant unless it was in the max setting it didn’t look like what they show you in the videos…. In hindsight this is when I should’ve requested a refund, unfortunately I didn’t as I thought perhaps they had just juiced up their marketing and that this was the reality of what their product was (all too common these days!) The effect that is conveyed in their video with sound effects of back cracking is at best dishonest. I’ve noticed they seemed to have curbed their enthusiasm with the marketing of the back stretcher now (perhaps because of manufacturing/ quality issues). I only used the product occasionally and for the money it should be expected to last for years….. not 2 months! My order was in May (7months ago) and a few days ago I suffered back ache so figured I’d use the back stretcher…… it snapped into 3 pieces. I can probably count the amount of times I used it on 2 hands since it arrived 7 months ago. So I contacted them via email and filled them in. They responded pretty quickly which is the only reason I gave them the extra star in the rating otherwise it would’ve been a 1 star rating on the product alone (it did initially provide some back pain relief despite the curve being inverted unless in the painful max setting 😅). They fell short of a refund and instead used the opportunity to sell me more by offering me a 50% credit. So really the customer service coupled with their ‘60 day’ refund is more about getting your money and less about looking after their customers. I can’t comment on their other products, but I can definitely say the back stretcher is an overpriced poor quality product. They must be making a lot of money with their marketing, because they’ve forgotten about ensuring their product is of good quality. It’s all geared around them taking money. You’ve been warned.

I ordered the neck cloud because of my neck hump and sitting at a computer all day.

I ordered the neck cloud because of sitting at a computer all day and I've got a pretty bad neck hump. When I ordered it, the system offered a special to include the orthopedic back stretcher, all with a 60 day guarantee. I like the neck cloud as it opens and stretches my neck and chest muscles, I DO NOT like the back stretcher. It is very uncomfortable and don't like the way I feel after laying on it. Here's the problem: CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, there is no packing list, and no instructions as to how to return an item. I sent three messages, and never got a response. I am now outside of the 60 day window and stuck with an item I wish I hadn't purchased. UPDATE: After leaving this review, I was contacted by a representative and given a refund for the back stretcher. The credit showed on my card statement, and I am happy with the outcome.

I've had it for about two weeks and…

I've had it for about two weeks and I've been using it every day, it felt a little odd at first, but within a few days my neck/shoulders adjusted fine. I can feel a difference in using the neck cloud on the daily, it also helps me with my posture! (hunch back over here). It really is something I would recommend to anyone who has any neck/shoulder/upper back problem areas. Using it continuously is the only way you can really tell if it helps out or not

Glad I bought a Kenko neck cloud

I have received my neck cloud and am pleased with it’s quality.
I am getting used to relaxing onto it and stretching my neck. Hopefully, with time I will see an improvement to my neck problems, I know it will take time and practice.

I love the Neck Cloud!

I love the Neck Cloud! I used to get horrible tension headaches because of working at a computer desk all day and my poor posture.
