My daughter and I take an annual trip abroad each year. Kensington has helped with the last 2 years. Kensington does a wonderful job to tailor the trip to our needs. Katie Gibson took over as our specialist as our first left the company. Katie did a wonderful job in making changes to the itinerary after talking to me about what we were looking for our hotels/excursions. A wonderful trip to Portugal! We will use Katie and Kensington again!

The tour was wonderful from start to finish. Sunita Singh was very helpful and we worked with her to put together an itinerary that truly was amazing. The local guides and drivers that Kensington uses are, without exception, fantastic. They are knowledgeable and very keen to ensure that the day is tailored to our interests. This is our third tour using Kensington and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a seamless, well planned trip with lots of unique experiences.

Egypt Was AMAZING!
Our Egypt trip was just outstanding on all fronts - and I mean in every way, shape and form!! Topnotch. We couldn’t be happier with every minute - every travel element. Not one hiccup.
First of all, our guides, drivers and security guards were wonderful, professional. It was such a pleasure to be with them - we all had fun together and learned a lot. And we felt completely safe and well taken care of. Everyone was totally on time for all activities and flights and seamlessly produced all the necessary guidance, info and tickets.
And each hotel provided top-notch amenities, service and food. Everywhere we went, Egyptians in general were extremely friendly and welcoming.
All in all, thanks to Kensington, the trip could not have been more successful, exciting and well managed, down to every detail.

Beautiful Italy
The cities and tour cites chosen for us in Italy were wonderful. This was my first European visit and it won't be my last. I hope to visit France and England in 2028. Our tour guides were all very knowledgeable and kind and patient. This was a pricey trip but well worth it
The agent mostly dealt with one person in our party...this worked well.

We just got back from a wonderful…
We just got back from a wonderful Kensington trip to Ireland. Our trip planner, Hugo McGregor, did everything to assure that our trip was exactly as we hoped it would be and he succeeded!
Our driver guide was also superb - he was considerate of our wishes, gave us helpful options as to places and things to see, and provided insights into the country and the places we visited. We plan on using Kensington again and highly recommend the company to others planning trips.

Kensington is clearly one of the best!
We reached out other Kensington to help us plan a trip to Ireland and Scotland to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We asked them to plan everything for us over a 14-18 day period, and place us in the best accommodations. Our coordinator Ashley provided numerous options and suggestions, and we added an extra trip at the end to London. All of the scheduled tours were exceptional, as were the accommodations. Of prime importance to us was the quality of the tour guides, as this was our first trip to Ireland and Scotland, and again Kensington came through with knowledgeable and professional guides for each country. Both often made suggestions to a stop or two that were not on our planned trip, but felt we would enjoy a "local" stop or two.
I cannot wait for our next trip with Kensington - Switzerland and Northern Italy in 2027!

2 weeks in India April-May 2026
We spent 15 days on a trip that started in Dehli and then Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, Bengelaru (for business) and ended in Karala. The overall design of the trip (Thank you! Caitlyn P.), the pacing, the level of service at each location and the quality of the hotels and meals could not have been better. Of course, the country and its history and culture were the stars of the show, but all of the above made those things so much easier to take in and enjoy!

It was a bucket item list for me to…
It was a bucket item list for me to tour Egypt, see the pyramids and cruise the Nile. But Moe Sami from Kensington took extra time to really understand what would make the trip even more special for my wife and myself. And it truly was the trip of a lifetime! Moe even went the extra mile to upgrade us from the original riverboat we were set to be on to a much better one. And he arranged an excellent tour manager in Soliman Osama. Soliman was a friendly face when he met us at the airport, and he got us the friendliest, most knowledgeable guides for our trip. I would highly recommend Kensington, Moe and Soliman to anyone looking for an excellent experience.

Kensington really took the time to find…
Kensington really took the time to find out what we wanted to do on our trip. The individual attention from our guides was worth the additional cost, because we got so much more from our trip. Going thru Kesington enhanced our experience to a much greater extent than going on a group tour like we had on previous trips.

Transfers and Tours
The amount of transfers we had to do was exhausting and the tours were good but it’d be nice to have a day to ourselves. It felt rushed to me. It made the experience just slightly less enjoyable.
Those are my only thoughts.
