A Sicilian Heritage Dream Trip of a Life Time.
First, I would like to give a big shout out to Lynda Petriccelli and her team in Sicily. They were awesome to work with in helping us design our dream Sicilian heritage trip. Lynda worked with us and got to know us so that every detail of our trip was tailored to our likes and our preferences. Kensington hit this one out of the ballpark. Our hotels were magnificent and our tour guides got to know us. We felt cared for from the moment we arrived in Palermo. Our drivers not only helped us get from point A to point B but they became like family on our journey through Sicily. If you are looking for an experience like no other this is the company that can not be beat.

Over The Top
This was the first trip we coordinated through Kensington, as our typical travel group did not go to China.
Our journey was a 2 week trip - my first visit to Mainland PRC. Every step of the process curated for this trip for my husband and I was planned and executed flawlessly. All hotels were exceptional. Our tour coordinator, Nihad, held our hand throughout the entire process, including providing help in navigating the Visa requirements.
We visited five cities, took planes, trains and automobiles - at each step the "baton" was handed over smoothly. The tour guides were conscientious and accommodating to our needs. Plans were pivoted as needed. The drivers were skilled.
We were astonished at the economic strides in that country - China has far outpaced us in the USA in many aspects, including technology, infrastructure, etc.

Deanna was extremely helpful from start to finish in planning and executing our trip. She worked with our budget and drafted several proposals before we decided on our final itinerary. She kept in touch often and was very thorough. She made our trip feel extremely personalized and paid attention to detail. When our 3-year-old son got sick on the first day of our trip, she was quick to reach out for an update. The rest of the Kensington team was also very easy to reach and allowed us more flexibility than we would have had if we booked on our own. One especially memorable part of our trip was our tours with Diego Castro — he is one of the best guides I have had the pleasure of being with. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. He does a great job of making people feel comfortable and safe. He was especially great with our son and even carried him around at points during our tours. I could not recommend Diego, Deanna, or Kensington more for any and all travel needs!

My daughter and I take an annual trip abroad each year. Kensington has helped with the last 2 years. Kensington does a wonderful job to tailor the trip to our needs. Katie Gibson took over as our specialist as our first left the company. Egypt Was AMAZING!
Our Egypt trip was just outstanding on all fronts - and I mean in every way, shape and form!! Topnotch. We couldn’t be happier with every minute - every travel element. Not one hiccup.
First of all, our guides, drivers and security guards were wonderful, professional. It was such a pleasure to be with them - we all had fun together and learned a lot. And we felt completely safe and well taken care of. Everyone was totally on time for all activities and flights and seamlessly produced all the necessary guidance, info and tickets.
And each hotel provided top-notch amenities, service and food. Everywhere we went, Egyptians in general were extremely friendly and welcoming.
All in all, thanks to Kensington, the trip could not have been more successful, exciting and well managed, down to every detail.

The cities and tour cites chosen for us in Italy were wonderful. This was my first European visit and it won't be my last. I hope to visit France and England in 2028. Our tour guides were all very knowledgeable and kind and patient. This was a pricey trip but well worth it
The agent mostly dealt with one person in our party...this worked well.
