I received my international order without any problems

One month ago I purchased inside the Keple website and then I found certain inconvenients such as I never received the order confirmation email and I couldn´t log in to see my order. Today I can see Keple doesn´t have a shop in its website anymore, only they sell by Amazon; but in this case I can´t buy by Amazon in my country. So it would be grate if they can return to its own shop in the Keple website for future purchases. Anyway I received my order without any problems so these people were responsable.

HUGE SCAM

HUGE SCAM. They sent me a cable, the cable was fake and was not working at all, I sent it back to them with tracked delivery, so I know they received it, but they didn't refund and stopped replying all my messages. SCAMMERS. BURN IN HELL.

Returned item never refunded me…

Bought a cable that didn't fit my car so I sent it back the same day. Over a month later claim they haven't received it and no refund. Avoid at all costs

Thanks for the reply 4 years later. Unfortunately I don’t have the tracking number anymore 😂

Made a purchase

Made a purchase , a couple of days later the payment was refunded to me , No explanation , not a single word ..just didnt want my money I guess

Excellent technical customer service

Bluetooth headset didn't work properly so I phoned. They were incredibly helpful and in the end sent a replacement which they tested first. Excellent service.

Problem Solved!

It's only when things don't go exactly to plan that you find out how good your supplier is. When my cable didn't work it looked like a problem at my end but, despite that, Keple immediately sent me another just to check. Hey presto, problem solved. Thanks Keple.

Excellent service and speedy delivery

Extremely easy to use site, located item in no time. Online and phone help available.

Very speedy delivery given that i only used the standard default postal option. I was surprised to receive the item the very next day after ordering, other delivery options available too.

I would definitely use them again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have to admit that Keple.com is responsible and honest. Their replies to my emails were immediately, not even 24 hours when they were replying.
I had to go on an emergency trip and forgot all about the item I purchase, and when I came back, it was here!
I appreciate very much all they did to make sure I receive my item...And of course, I recommend them with closed eyes! Very responsible.

Product disappointment

I am sure the electrical performance was adequate but the plug used to attach the wire to our sat nav easily broke and it was impossible to mend. No point getting a replacement as we were away on holiday and had to get another at short notice. An additional point to remember is that as the plug is straight and not angled there is inadequate room between the sat nav and the dashboard so the sat nav has to be placed higher. Also a straight plug comes out more easily, being pulled by the coiled wire.
