The sales and project went fine, we paid 60% of the total kitchen cost upfront (€10,000) because we trusted we were in good hands. However, due to bank paperwork, the release of the remaining amount was delayed. We requested reasonable flexibility—such as paying the balance in two installments with our own funds or arranging an alternative payment solution. We even offered to sign an agreement or provide guarantees.
Our request was refused right away, coldly, and without any empathy.
We then asked to postpone the installation by six weeks to ensure full payment. We were then informed that we would be charged €100 for each week of postponement.
This experience showed extremely poor after‑sales service: zero flexibility, no understanding, and a clear focus on money rather than customer care. The approach was cold, rigid, and purely transactional.
We regret choosing this company for our kitchen and would not recommend them to anyone expecting professionalism, understanding, or customer‑focused service

Borderline bait-and-switch behavior.
I was led to believe I was purchasing a high-end appliance during a face-to-face showroom consultation. A different model was then entered by the salesperson into the paperwork using a technical product code.
When I raised the issue with the same sales person, I was told it was my fault for not checking the code on the invoice, despite my requirements being clearly stated and acknowledged in person.
Once payment was taken, responsibility was shifted entirely onti me. Sales support has been dismissive and unhelpful.
If this is how issues are handled, I have little confidence in how warranty claims or future problems would be dealt with.

We ordered a kitchen from Keukensale Zaandam and the experience has been extremely frustrating.
Here’s what happened:
Sept 4, 2025: We emailed about major installation issues (wrong backsplash measurements, fridge cabinet not level, fridge door not closing).
Sept 9, 2025: They promised to visit and fix the problems.
Nov 10, 2025: After weeks of silence, we wrote again. They had cancelled a scheduled appointment without explanation.
Nov 12, 2025: They admitted communication had “fallen short” and asked us to list all deficiencies—even though their installers had already documented everything.
Nov 17 & 23, 2025: We reminded them we were still waiting and asked for clarity on compensation for the repeated disruption.
Nov 29, 2025: Their latest email says they are “busy with planning” but still no confirmed date for completion.
It’s now December, and the kitchen is still not finished. We’ve spent months chasing updates, wasting time, and dealing with broken promises. Their idea of compensation? A lunch or dinner voucher—completely inadequate for the inconvenience and stress caused.
If you value reliability, professionalism, and accountability, do not choose Keukensale Zaandam. We will be filing a formal complaint and sharing this experience widely to protect other consumers.
We had two new kitchens from keukensale and we were satisfied both times. We were able to reach them whenever we had questions and everything was coordinated well.

1. Clearly you are unaware of this email from your colleague Dominic saying:
"But unfortunately we have no way to secure the microwave. Normally this is screwed to the cupboard, but because the kitchen has no handles, the microwave cannot be attached."
2. The diagram provided by you didn't have the water line indicated. Please check your own diagram or I can send it back to you.
3. I can show the model number of the hob in the first draft. That's not the model which was installed.

Vreselijke service
1. Ik heb in september 2023 mijn nieuwe keuken laten installeren. De magnetron moet nog aan de kast worden bevestigd. Ik heb herhaaldelijk e-mails gestuurd, heel wat telefoontjes gepleegd en zelfs hun showroom in Hilversum bezocht om dit probleem op te lossen. Ze zeggen dat het niet kan. Misschien zal deze magnetron op ons moeten vallen, zodat Keukensale hem serieus kan nemen.
2. Ze zijn vergeten een wateraansluiting op mijn koelkast op te nemen in hun plan voor mijn aannemer. Dus toen de koelkast werd afgeleverd, kon deze niet worden geïnstalleerd en stond hij 1 week in mijn eetkamer. Mijn aannemer moest hun fout herstellen door een nieuwe en lelijke wateraansluiting te maken.
3. Ik heb betaald voor een inductie- + gaskookplaat die automatisch verbinding maakt met de afzuigkap. Tijdens de bezorging was deze niet meer leverbaar
Het is een prachtige keuken ondanks hun vreselijke service. Succes

Terrible Service
1. Got my new kitchen installed in September 2023. The microwave is yet to be fastened to the cabinet. I have sent repeated emails, made quite a few calls and even visited their showroom in Hilversum to have them address this issue. They say it cannot be done. May be this microwave will have to fall on one us for Keukensale to take it seriously.
2. They forgot to include a water connection to my fridge in their plan to my contractor. So, when the fridge was delivered, it couldn't be installed and was sitting in my dining room for 1 week. My contractor had to fix their mistake by making a new and ugly water connection.
3. I paid for an induction + gas hob which automatically connects to the extractor. This was no longer available during delivery
It's a beautiful kitchen in spite of their horrible service. Good luck

I was looking for a new kitchen. Wesley from Keukensale called me and said, if I come to sign the contract that weekend on Black Friday. he will give me good price and make sure I will receive a beautiful kitchen.
When I signed the contract I said to Patrick from the Keukensale, that on the 3D the height of kitchen is wrong and he needs to come to make measurements and change that.
I also showed him that on the right side of the sink I have drawers and it’s important I have drawers as well.
I also asked to have the height the same as I had with the fridge position that I currently have.
In the end Patrick didn’t change nothing in his drawings from Black Friday. He didn’t adjust the measurements as we asked him to.
The entire kitchen is wrong in height.
I am so so sad at this moment.
When I called them, they are angry at me, telling me that, that’s what I signed. That it’s all my fault that I didn’t communicate it with them. While I know 100% I showed him pictures of how I want my kitchen to be, I showed them at home during measurements how important for me the drawers on the right side and left side next to the sink and not only under the cooking island. When I said I will write a review and share my experience, Wesley was threatening to sue me for my bad review.
I am so so sorry to ever work with this company at this moment. They refuse to hear me out. They refuse to admit their mistake that they promised to make measurements and adjust the drawings, they never did the adjustments. I can show you pictures before and after. I can show you how beautiful my closets were in the original kitchen and I asked them to do the same in the white color. I paid 18000 euros for a kitchen which turned out to be wrong size, with the fridge that is placed at the top and I can’t reach the top of the fridge. While all the closets are 30 cm short and small.
I also told Patrick at the office, that I don’t have electrician and I need them to arrange electrician, they told me I need to put a side 1500 euro for that. Which I did. But when they took my old kitchen apart I needed to arrange my own electric and he asked me 2700 euros.
Dealing with Keukensale so far was the worse experience I ever had. The owners were screaming at me, threatening me, accusing me that I didn’t communicate anything with them. And that is not true. You can clearly see that my old kitchen is high and with multiple drawers and that’s what I asked them to make - same drawers and height kitchen with white color. Neither Patrick, neither Wesley listened to my requests.

Amazing support from Guy and very high standard of work . They worked well together , communication and organization was top and overall very professional even down to dealing with any hiccups . We had an enormous amount of support from Keukensale Nijmegen. From designing the kitchen till the installation. We had some hiccups with the installment, but this was easily fixed by them.

I had a kitchen installed from Keukensale barendrecht in 2020. I had visited them after initial plan and had few changes modified. The extra cost was 240 euros. I was provided the invoice and paid instantly over POS machine.
In 2023 March they send an email that invoice was open and wasnt paid. in ABN AMRO we dont serivce to search the transactions past 18 months. When i tried to explain, they were so adamant that i provide proof of payment. The kitchen was 8k euros and why would anyone cheat for 240 euros.
I felt this was too unprofessional. I had to download transactions month by month and had to provide the proof of payment.
In the email it was clearly mentioned that there was system issue because of which they are pestering the customers who had paid 3 to 4 years ago.
Got our kitchen built here.
Firstly, the initial fee they gave us was vastly less than what we ended up paying due to all the added extras that were supposedly needed once the people came to install, due to incorrect measurements they made.
Secondly, within a couple of years the cabinet door came loose and came off. This was within our waranty period but they refused to fix it as we took the door off to prevent more damage to the hinge.
In order to make this repair, they insisted that we needed to replace the whole cabinet. We challenged this but assured us it was the only way.
With no other option we went through with it. Once the people came to fix it, they told us that not only is this necessary but a much more risky way of doing it. In the end they just replaced some faulty parts.
When asking for a refund for this they insisted that there was no way as we agreed to the cabinet, despite that agreement being on the trust of their professional opinion.
DO NOT go with this kitchen company, they are grafters and out to extract as much from you as they possibly can.
We had a very bad experience with Keukensale. We ordered in November 2021, and now they want to take the measurement again and are saying that the delivery will be in October 2022.
No upfront communication on delay, no transparency. Worst service.
I will never recommend keukensale to anyone ever!
