Purchased the M3 Mini Mac version. Nonstop pain. First of all the connection to the Mac was through some clunky 4k receiver with a thick braided cable. Mouse connected straight away even via my Hub... See more

The quality turned out to be poor
The quality turned out to be poor. Even the pro version. I bought Keychron C2 Pro 8K and thought it's great. But after like 2 month of usage, the control started bugging and now it's working only if I press really hard, which is interesting. and the quality of build turned out to be poor too, so I guess it's better to go with a better one like ducky or varmilo.
Just don't bother
A £100 keyoard that never worked properly, a lot of glitches. Very frustrating to use.
A £20 keyboard works much better than this overpriced one. Customer service is borderline insulting; offering zero solution and suggesting buying a replacement product? Not giving me the confidence a replacement product would be any better!
Product issues, bad customer support
I ordered a Keychron K2 Pro. Within a few months I had issues with the product.
Getting customer support is comparable to Homer's "The Odyssey".
They make you go through hoops, I suspect as a way to make time and to mentally fatigue until you quit.
After several replies, describing the issue, posting video proof, posting serial numbers and proof of purchases... nothing. They ghost you. Zero comunication.
Stay away. Do not buy from Keychron.

I made order (Order #948796) at 14 of Sept 2025 and i'm writing this review at 24 of Oct 2025.
First they lost my parcel, asked me to wait until they could find it. (never happend, took almost 2 weeks).
Then send me a track number of a new parcel, and after 4 days - the parcel didn't move anywhere, i was told that my product is out of stock and have to wait ... again ) worst experience ever. never again ))
Terrible product, terrible customer service
I ordered a V1 Max from their Nordic site and got a faulty keyboard, that types the entire vertical row on F8, 8, I, K and M. I emailed the customer support on Friday evening, within a week of receiving my product and was blessed with a single response (which to be honest, was quite fast!) from the customer service on Monday morning, asking if I had done the most basic of troubleshooting. On the same day I followed up with multiple emails, sending video proof of the problem and now 5 days later I have received zero communication. Terrible product, terrible customer service. Hope to get a refund, fingers crossed. Advise anyone to stay away.
Only browser based option for…
Only browser based option for configuration and firmware update. I can't even get my keyboard firmware updated, it fails during the download. I've spent 3 hours in the rabbit hole no luck. Tried everything. Also their key mapping is garbage. Remapped my knob on my Q1 Max to pause/play media , it shows the change in the UI on the browser but still keeps on muting audio when clicked (as per default). Not shocked to see all the negative reviews.. complete dissapointment ngl very disapointed. I paid premium price for this.,
No warranty support for a faulty product!
I have had several switches go bad on my relatively new Q6 Max keyboard, purchased from Keychron.se.
I have sent a number of email messages to Keychron to get replacement switches under warranty, but have had no response. I must recommend that this company be avoided.
Avoid. could be excellent.
Customer support was nice, and responsive. They sent me new switches for free and tried to troubleshoot. But the fact is:
- There were double input problem
- now keys dont register due to wrapped PCB
- They had me troubleshot to avoid replacement, and in the end wasted a lot of time
The keyboard is worse than a 10eur one. cant even type properly, entire row of letters just randomly does not register and they haven't offered an exchange
Expensive brick.

They don't respect European 2-years warranty.
Could be way better
Product looks good but issues come pretty fast and support is one of the worst i've ever seen.
Came with no possibility to use the keyboard in cable mode, when addressed i had to write 11 emails to the support team (1 week old order) and obtained nothing but a new PCB that i'm supposed to change by myself.
No chance to get a refund or a replacement.
Couple months later my "SPACE" key doesn't work as it should.
Not a good esperience after all.
Product bought: Keychron v1 max.
Too bad 'cause the keyboard sounds good and it could be a nice product.
Not fully supporting for their own product
The keyboard K17 Max is very nice, howevere the iso Nordic layout I bought is not fully supported in their own configurator software (one of the selling points), and when I contacted them they confirmed this and told me that I could build my own firmware if I wanted...
Broken on arrival
I bought the V6 max. It arrived at the space bar didn't press in at all, along with a few other keys that got caught halfway so were harder to press in.
Worst customer experience
Bought a keyboard, after 2 months it’s still not delivered. They keep throwing extra barriers, saying I need to wait longer, get proof it was lost, al again at the courier,l… Everything for them to not pay back the money. I paid almost €200 for a keyboard…
The customer experience is the worst ever. I can NOT recommend buying here. Very disappointed.
Keychron K3 - Rubbish Battery
What a completely utter useless battery in my Keychron K3 Mechanical Keyboard - does not even last a day....for the kind of money they charge they have really fooled their customers with this crap battery !!!
New key breaking every few weeks. No customer support.
Bought a V1 Max from the Netherlands website. Full of issues from the start. Every few weeks one of the keys stops working properly. At first I dealt with it by swapping the switches with other keys but have ran out of unused keys to do that. Horrible experience overall. Customer service also never got back to me after multiple emails. Do not recommend to buy at all.
Ordered a V6 Max keyboard based on…
Ordered a V6 Max keyboard based on great tech website reviews. My keyboard arrived faulty - stuck in 2.4ghz wireless mode (so I couldn't used wired or get into boot mode to update firmware). 'Support' was useless, taking days to reply and send me a one-line email telling me to disassemble my new keyboard and check the USB port wasn't broken (despite my detailed fault report – that I regret wasted my time writing – confirming the USB connection was visible in System Report).
My requests for an RMA were ignored.
Eventually I got tired of being blatantly fobbed off and disputed it with Amex via Section 75.
I understand the tech sites are reviewing the hardware they're presented with but surely the smallest amount of due diligence (i.e. looking on Trustpilot...) should raise some red flags. Their consumer advice in this case has been worse than useless.
Suffice to say: do not buy from this company because if you have a problem, you're screwed.
Buries negative reviews
Keychron buries negative reviews. You can look at the service they use for managing the product reviews on their website, and see that everything is 4 & 5 stars - just search for their site on judge.me
Very suspicious, given that I know I left a 3-star review of one of their keycap sets back in February, and then noticed it didn't show up on their site. I emailed them, and after some back & forth, they assured me that they had posted it, but it still isn't there.
Temu quality keyboards
I had a good K8 pro, then bought a second K8 V2 and it is worse than a $10 Temu keyboard. Stopped working twice in less than 8 months.
Issue with Keychron India – Wrong Plate Sent, Incomplete Refund, and Poor Customer Support
I’ve been a long-time Keychron supporter, having placed no less than 9 orders so far, including 3 different keyboards. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with Keychron India have been extremely disappointing.
I purchased an aluminum plate for the Keychron Q3 (knob version), but they sent me the wrong plate — one meant for the non-knob version (a model never even sold in India). Their website listing failed to mention knob/non-knob compatibility, unlike the clear listings on Keychron’s global site.
When I requested a refund, they:
Deducted ₹200 as “shipping/handling”, and
Refused to refund the ₹220 I spent on reverse shipping, even though the error was entirely theirs.
This is not an isolated issue. Earlier, I bought a Keychron wrist rest that arrived defective (wobbly and unbalanced). While they accepted the return, I again had to bear the reverse shipping cost.
On top of this, their customer reps lack product knowledge, and even suggested I should have assumed the plate was meant for the non-knob version — despite that version never being sold in India!
👉 As a loyal customer, it’s disheartening to see that Keychron India makes buyers bear the cost of their mistakes. Other customers should exercise caution — if a wrong or defective item arrives, you won’t get your reverse shipping costs back.
I sincerely hope Keychron Global takes notice, because issues like these damage trust in an otherwise great brand.

Bought a Q5 Max for more than 200 €
Bought a Q5 Max for more than 200 €. Within two months it started double or triple typing, and some keys stopped registering.
Keychron has openly admitted manufacturing defects on the Q Max and V Max series on its own blog.
Just search on Google: keychron q max v max Fixing Keyboard Keys That Require Extra Force or Multiple Presses.
Despite this, they offer no real fix. Instead, they tell customers to press firmly on the keyboard or to disassemble it themselves...
