Very poor
Very poor. Purchased Q10 Max from Amazon and started to become faulty (keys ghosting, double pressing etc). For a very pricey product, not great.
Reached out to Keychron for technical support and was told they cannot offer any kind of support as its not been purchased directly...
I would understand a warranty claim having to go via the seller, but surely they should be willing to offer some technical help for their own products!
Returned for a refund, will find an alternative manufacturer.
Bought a Keychron keyboard for work…
Bought a Keychron keyboard for work cause my Logi MX got broken after several years of coding, and it was a huge mess after the unboxing, nothiung works as expected, the Bluetooth signal is a disaster, it works like near 5cm to the device, no support from Keychrone, no latest drivers, not customizations since their launcher.keychron.com does not work, it is the worst experience I ever had, it feels like they sold a rubbish
Now I have no other choice but to buy another keyboard, obviously not Keychron anymore in my life
Mac Version needs Chrome and a PC to get going
Purchased the M3 Mini Mac version. Nonstop pain. First of all the connection to the Mac was through some clunky 4k receiver with a thick braided cable. Mouse connected straight away even via my Hub. Noticed all the buttons were unassigned, so time to download software, Cannot download via Safari, please use Chrome or other. Ok a little inconvenient but ok, download and then cannot map all the Mac specific tasks, only show desktop worked. So last option download firmware and update. Big Instructions on the firmware instructions, "Please flash the firmware on a Windows PC "! OK we're done here! Return!
Keyboards are great to use but slightly faulty, support were very fast
Keyboards are great to use, feel solid and well made. It's nice to have the software via a website rather than some downloadable stuff and the options are great.
However, I've seen multiple people online have the same issue where within a year some of the switches will start double pressing keys which is really annoying. You'd expect a £100 keyboard to function for years without issues.
I was given replacement switches pretty fast after contacting support, so it was handled well.
EDIT: Keyboard is broken once again for other reasons, its just not worth the headache. don't bother buying from them. ever.
Still fairly disappointing that a keyboard this expensive would show faults this fast. 5/5 for the keyboard itself + support, 1/5 for the longevity and issues
Keychron non existent support!
I bought a M3 Wireless Mouse and a Keychron K10 Max QMK Wireless Custom
Mechanical Keyboard ISO layout. The mouse never stops charging and the keyboard super banana switches are not tactile. I emailed support and have not heard anything! They basically do not care at all!
You're on your own!
Keycap arrived damaged, no easy way to contact the seller that I could see. Keychron not interested, it's the sellers responsibility apparently. Poor quality, poor support.
Unmatched build quality and performance across the board
I currently own seven different Keychron keyboards, and every single one has exceeded my expectations. Not one of them has failed, even after heavy, daily use. As someone who codes, designs, and games regularly, I put a serious amount of pressure on my gear, and Keychron consistently delivers.
The build quality is outstanding, the feel is satisfying, and the reliability is rock solid. Whether I'm deep into a development session, designing complex interfaces, or gaming for hours, every Keychron keyboard responds like it was made for the job.
If you're looking for a keyboard that balances performance, aesthetics, and durability, Keychron nails it every time.
Two keyboards in, wouldn't change it for anything !
I've had an exceptional experience with Keychron, I have the K1 and K3 and they've worked remarkably well.
The K1 has an affordable price for those who aren't that picky about keyboard functionalities or aesthetics. It's easy to handle and transport for its compact design. I had to put it aside since it was already 4 years old and I want to give it to my uncle, it's still perfect with certain worn out keys due to how frequently I click on them. My only concern is its weight and perhaps it's lack of CAPS LOCK indicators to know if I am typing in capital letters.
The K3 is way smaller and lighter and silent. I like the designs since it looks more aesthetically pleasing and i like that orange ESC Button which gives it a nice touch. My only concern is that I may have bought a smaller keyboard which conflicts with my hand size and it leads to wrong keyboard strokes like screen capture.
Overall KEYCHRON rocks. I really like it. So happy to find such an affordable and efficient keyboard.
Got my keyboard from a know reseller…
Got my keyboard from a know reseller and after 2 months it started malfunctioning got in touch with there support team WHO had me jumping trough all sort of hoops to try and get it fixed, at the end of it all they offered me a 15% discount on a new keyboard if i orderd trough them. I placed the order after a month of waiting i cancled the order, just get an other keyboard this headache isent worth it!
Terrible experience with Keychron
Terrible experience with Keychron – item never received, no support
I’m extremely disappointed with my first experience ordering from Keychron. I purchased a keyboard several weeks ago. The delivery company (Cirro) marked the item as “delivered” with nothing more than a photo of my mailbox — but I never received the package. When I checked, the parcel was gone. Most likely stolen, as has happened in many similar cases reported online.
What makes this worse is Keychron’s complete lack of responsibility:
• Despite paying for shipping, I was told to contact the delivery company myself.
• No replacement, no refund, even though I’ve provided clear evidence that the item was never received.
• They rely solely on a “delivered” tracking status and a photo that doesn’t prove anything.
• I even pointed out that Cirro is known for repeated delivery issues and theft, but they didn’t seem to care.
At this point, I’m left with no product, no refund, and a huge waste of time. I’ve had to chase both the courier and the seller with no resolution in sight.
I trusted Keychron based on their reputation, but this has been nothing but frustrating. Their customer service is unhelpful and shifts all the responsibility onto the buyer.
Avoid ordering directly from them if you value your time, money, or peace of mind.
I've had my K3 v2 for 3 years now
I've had my K3 v2 hot-swappable red switch keyboard for 3 years now, and I love it just as much as the first day. Out of curiosity, I looked up Keychron on Trustpilot, and seeing so many negative reviews left me speechless! I absolutely love my keyboard—the material has a super premium feel that I haven’t found in other keyboards, especially the keycaps. Two years ago, I broke the keyboard feet; they weren’t available for sale on Keychron’s website, so I contacted customer support. They replied very quickly and told me to place an order worth €8 on the site so they could send me the replacement feet. And that’s exactly what happened. I don’t think I could ever get used to a keyboard that isn’t from them. I use it for pretty intense gaming, especially online games.
The only downside I feel like pointing out is the Bluetooth and battery life—they're not the best. However, I still use it a lot when I don’t feel like having cables around. I do miss having a dedicated Keychron software! (Or maybe they’ve developed one by now and I just don’t know about it—back then, it didn’t exist.)
In any case, these are keyboards you have to really like; they’re not for everyone, in my opinion.
I love you, Keychron.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They will claim that your product has warranty, but will never honor this if you need to make a claim. I bought through Amazon UK, and after 2 months the keyboard started to malfunction. I tried to claim warranty, which I had, but they tried to shoe the blame onto Amazon, saying they were liable... They are not. They are just a marketplace. Even if the company is based in China, they still fall liable under UK Consumer Protection laws so should honor warranty claims. They do not, they will just ignore you. I am now trying to charge back my order. Simply DO NOT BUY from them.

Premium keyboard for a premium price
Premium keyboard for a premium price, issues after only 3 months. Keys are double pressing. After a bit of research, troubleshooting and testing it seems to be a hardware issue. Keychron instead of replacing the cheap faulty switches they have produced inhouse, they propose a software bandaid fix. Get real Keychron and fix it right. Keyboard purchased in January of 2025.
AVOID this company at all costs!!!
Received a keyboard from Keychron which is faulty. I've been trying to ask to return the product for a refund, but keep getting pawed off by the company and told to accept a £10 compensation amount and to fix the keyboard myself if they send me a replacement part. I don't want either of these 2 options, I want to send the product back for a refund. Btw, this is for a faulty product which I paid over £100 for. So not only are their products low quality, their customer service is appalling too. At this rate I am going to have to get my bank involved for a charge back. I have never had such difficulty in trying to return a faulty product before. An absolute shambles of a company and anyone who swears by their products are either paid reviewers or outright liars!
Geen toetsenbord gekregen al maanden…
Geen toetsenbord gekregen al maanden aan het emailen, als het kon gaf ik negatieve sterren. no keyboard recieved emailing for months now, if i could i would give negative stars.
No service.
The Q6 series is the best full size board around!
The Good:
=================
Keyboards:
Their keyboards are amazing! I own the Q6, which I want to make my endgame keyboard. I modded it, and purchased MT3 keycaps from Drop. I love everything about it <3
I owned briefly their V6 and V3. These are good boards, especially for those just getting into the hobby. But there are better boards out there with better value.
The Q6 is not cheap, but so much better quality than the V series. I love the acoustic foam and metal case of the Q series.
Customer Service:
Great customer support. They were responsive, and worked to make my issue right. I was very grateful for their help and support.
The Bad:
=================
Keycaps:
Their keycaps are of the worst quality imaginable. They are absolute trash, especially for how much money they cost. I expect quality like that from AliExpress or $20 sets off Amazon, but not from Keychron. Especially after they produce such good keyboards. I would recommend to save your money for a good high quality set from one of other online retailers/manufacturers.
TL;DR
Their Q series keyboards are bonkers awesome. Skip the V series. Don't buy their keycaps. Thumbs up for their support.
Don't use them
Worst experience possible. Website says 3 days delivery from UK people, I've ordered it because my keyboard broke and I needed one for work urgently. Took 20 days to receive it, when I did, obviously I already had bought another one because I needed it for work.
Emailed them to return it since it was so long that I don't need it, and after making all the possible games to don't let me return, finally said that I could return it, but not for UK, to Asia. Which I would need to pay more than the keyboard value as return post because they don't pay it.
I will never ever get another keychron keyboard. I didn't get it from Amazon because I wanted to make it right for the company by using their website but that was definitely a mistake. If you want to use keychron use any vendor where the return policy is not as shady. I would even go deeper and call it a scam almost.
Keychron k8 is absolute garbage
Keychron k8 is absolute garbage, wired mode never worked and they replied late outside of warranty so i could not be helped. good build quality but will stop working within 12 months.
why so many bad reviews?? superb keyboard and quality is next to none
Just got my keyboard today, i wish i would have known about the delivery times - when i visited the website i assumed it was a UK distributor but it is not it will get delivered from keychron in china.
That being said this is by far one of the best keyboards i have ever owned, the build quality and feel of the keyboard is next to none.
changed from a corsair k100 to the k10 pro from keychron and the quality is just so noticeable.
i will say i will be ordering more stuff from keychron, what i will order i have no idea but i cannot wait to get to use this keyboard more.
For context - I ordered the keyboard on Saturday 29th march arrived on the 8th of April, i dont think that is bad considering its come all the way from china!
With all that said, i want to say a massive thanks to Keychron for opening my eyes to a better quality keyboard!
