We have never had a better removal experience. We had a complicated series of moves, made slightly easier as Lloyd and the team always arrived when they said they would. Nothing was too much trouble. They are extremely careful with everything, always good humoured and both removal and storage reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

Lloyd and the team provided storage for much longer than expected initially and also dealt with our move. The guys on the day were hard working and really helpful and polite, just what you need during a stressful time. Recommended them to a friend also.

A big thank you to the team at Keys Removals (Arron, Kyle, Brett, Ash and Tom) who did a great job moving us to our new home in August. They were punctual, organised and got everything loaded on the lorry and van very quickly. Thanks also to Lloyd who came round to do the initial survey and answered all our questions. He was very helpful and polite.

After being let down by another removals company, Keys Removals were very easy to arrange our move with, efficient and friendly. The entire process form beginning to end went very smoothly and stress-free.

Lloyd Dunford your response says it all and as someone who works in the legal profession we will be seeking legal action as a result of your lies, slander, and propaganda. If what you have stated is clearly correct then you would have contacted the police and had them turn up to the house if indeed what you are saying had any truth in the matter. We have taken photos of what you have written as evidence against you and will be building up a case due to the fact that a contractual agreement was broken due to your own negligence in the case of removing our artefacts from our home. It is a clear case of liable action and liability and we hope that you will make these claims within a court of law and when under oath. DNA would be on the vehicle and indeed on yourselves if there was contact like you are stating. We will be reporting you and your company to other legal representatives, removal associations and immediate contacts inclusive of police for your false allegations as fortunately it’s always about who you know. Once our case is formed it appears that unfortunately we will be meeting again but under a robust legal system where the truth comes out and lies and liars are exposed. Thankfully your inability to read an excel spreadsheet with specific instructions in the email will be used when we put the case together and that you duly wanted to ignore. You wanted to hold no accountability either and stated that you didn’t care what it said in the email but instead you became extremely aggressive and ill tempered towards a female which represents the person to a tee. Listening skills are extremely important in any profession and the fact that you didn’t want to listen and what you have written reflects exactly how you were with even your colleague looking at me and being extremely embarrassed by your behaviour says an awful lot. You know yourself the lies you have stated which is absolutely fine as each to their own as the truth always has a habit of coming around full circle and when it goes down the legal route the bite is usually even harder than it’s bark. Have a wonderful weekend and I’m sure we will be seeing more of each other as a result of your lies and false allegations made publicly as you know as well as I do that had any of these things happened the police would have been involved straight away and we would have spent the night in a prison cell and more… It is unfortunate that when backed into a corner some people lack integrity to act in an adult and professional manner but everything will be sorted over the next number of months so we are not worried about it it just means it’s a pain to add something to an already busy schedule. Stay away from this company especially Lloyd Dunford who should NOT be employed by any company!!! If there was below '0' rating I would be giving them at least -100 if not -1000!

We accepted their offer for the furniture collection arranged for today - the day of the house sale & purchase completion. They were not flexible to wait for the delivery on the same date as we were not sure if we will get the keys before 2 p.m. We accepted that they store our goods in their warehouse and deliver them within a week even though we were not happy that our furniture was not coming to our new home on the same day.

Today (the day of the move), they arrived late. Lloyd Dunford who I have spoken throughout the process came with another person. He did't greet us, he walked in and just said that he didn't have all furniture on the list from me which was untrue. I showed him my e-mail to him with everything specified and he could not accept that he was unskilled to read my e-mail and open 3 worksheets in excel but only one worksheet. He did not accept his mistake and decided to walk away leaving us without any solution on the day of the completion!!! Who does that? What kind of company leaves their customer without the solution on the day of the completion?

My partner and I tried to explain to Lloyd Dunford what was in the e-mail and how this was his mistake. Regardless of the mistake, we asked him what solution he can propose to us as we had to empty the house today. He just walked away and left us without any solution. We could not believe it....

Luckily this company does not take any money upfront but please don't think this is their advantage. Please stay away from this company as these cowboys should be out of the business for good!

Guys turned up right on time. The move was stress free and went without a hitch. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service.

I would highly recommend this company having never used Removal Company before they lived up to my expectations and actually surpassed them, friendly helpful hard-working friendly gentlemen , nothing was too much trouble for them they respected my furniture and my new premises .I can’t recommend this company high enough , thanks key removals

From our very first meeting with Lloyd he was professional, helpful and friendly, giving lots of hints and tips to make the stressful situation of moving run smoothly even when we had to phone him with another question he was always calming as were his fantastic team on moving day. They were considerate, fast and cheerful throughout what was a very long day. They made it a lot less stressful. Thank you all at Keys so much. I have already recommended you to another friend you deserve 5 stars.

The team from Keys were brilliant, assessed the job beforehand and brought 2 trucks, we thought why two trucks, thinking we did not have much stuff. They knew what they were doing we indeed needed both. It meant that the stuff from garden was kept separate from our furniture, as well. They were very careful and wrapped the mattresses completely in plastic. They had special covers with padding for TV. Very fast workers, helpful and professional. Arrive exactly the time they said, fast efficient and reasonable price for professional removal.

Moving house is a stressful experience but the Keys team were excellent and it really helped relieve some of this stress knowing that the removal aspect was in good hands. The team were very friendly, considerate, careful with our belongings and really keen for us to have a positive experience. We would definitely would recommend ‘Keys Removals’ and would use them again (should we ever move again!).
