As a departing Director of a small business, and someone who is not familiar with the legal process, the sale of my shares back to the company i founded was a daunting prospect. While the
sale should have been straightforward it is always inevitable that the parties involved will hold different views on the price and the meaning of the company documents. I found Edward Bond of Keystone to be very helpful and reassuring in guiding me through the necessary steps and in bringing the matter to a relatively swift resolution. Hannah Cornish - Partner @ Keystone Law (Family) After a battle with solicitors appointed at the start, but bills being ridiculous, I decided to Litigate in Person. Hannah Cornish - Solicitor - After attempting to litigate in person and then becoming overwhelmed by the system, Hannah was instructed and was very quickly able to cut through all the nonsense being thrown at us from the other side.
