I very rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to do so due to the absolutely outstanding way that I was represented by my lawyer at Keystone Law, Laura Brown. Laura dealt with my personal family law matter, a matter that contained aspects that were at times both emotionally and financially challenging. I found her to be highly tactically astute, legally savvy, personally intuitive and very experienced indeed. The positive outcome to my case was solely due to Lauras marshalling of it and her all round expertise. I cannot recommend Laura highly enough.

After searching for and approaching a few lawyers for my particular requirement, Keystone Law were recommended to me.
From the outset Nicola Thatcher was excellent, in her manner and communication, as well as in the finished work she produced. She was professional yet friendly and completed the work efficiently and effectively.
She always gave clear, accurate feedback and advice and was happy to answer my questions when they arose, in a timely manner.
I would not hesitate in recommending either her or Keystone as they have made what seemed like a difficult, odious task into one that was manageable and attainable. I am very grateful for their valuable help.

Annabel is so very positive and supportive. Every time we were at a low ebb she always made us feel confident, encouraged and happier.
We loved her respectful letters to all those she wrote to on our behalf. Most of all though we loved her cheerfulness and her bright sense of humour. Always good to have in times when you’re feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders. A laugh is good medicine for woeful times.
Her succinct knowledge, professional and friendly work ethic was very much admired and respected by us.
Was always there for us even when she was on leave. Annabel there are not enough words really to say how much we valued your time, and your bright and positive personality.
But most of all thank you for achieving the best outcome for us.
We wish you only and always the very best.
Anne and David

Whilst the personal journey was at times extremely painful, the professionalism, courtesy, and prompt attention I received from you was second to none. Every interaction I had was made so much easier by your considerate, professional and knowledgable advice. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending your expert services.

Big thanks to Chelsea Qu, for the excellent job she's done for me. It's really a professional and timely support!
Shocking! Phoned to make an enquiry. Was told to email with as much info as possible and so spent a good while writing so that they had all relevant information only to receive 2 sentences back basically saying"we cannot help you." Save your time and go elsewhere.

DO NOT HIRE THEIR SERVICES FOR FAMILY LAW EVEN IF THEY ARE THE ONLY LAW FIRM ON EARTH!!
Caroline Kelly of Keystone Law handled the case of a friend of mine and it was a s**t show from start to finish.
Imagine the horror of being informed that you have a hearing ON the day of the hearing itself.
On top of that they are experts in making the client take the fall in court for their callousness like not replying to the opposing solicitor or filing late and incomplete submissions.
My friend had to undergo therapy because of the way they made her look in court - a liar and a fraud.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
On top of everything, if you submit a complaint against their solicitor to Keystone they will conduct a never ending enquiry and give their solicitor a clean chit, while putting the blame on you.
Do not think that the SRA/Legal Ombudsman will protect you. They will take months, if not years and finally side with the solicitors. Look at SRA's reviews on Trust Pilot if you don't believe me
I am doing you a huge favour by telling you not to engage them, I wish someone had done this for my friend.

I have used Keystone in the past and was very satisfied with our solicitor. I recently had reason to call the company about gas bills, for a company that I had previously never heard of, that Keystone were forwarding to me every few days. It seems [from research at Companies House] that Keystone had acted as company secretary and correspondence address for this company in the past and they have somehow got my address [which is obviously still on their books] and this company's address mixed up [even though they are at oppiste ends of the country]. My complaint is that, not only has no-one called me back after I have called about this several times, but the most recent person that I spoke to was more condescending than the worst school teacher that I might have encountered forty odd years ago at school, e.g.; 'this is a firm of solicitors, we don't offer secretarial services' and 'please let me finish [expaining at length that all correspondence has a reference-it didn't]. When I asked if I could now finish explaining the issue, they hung up on me. So if you'd like to pay good money for a firm that can't keep it's address book straight, sends private correspondence to the wrong person and takes no action when this is pointed out, and employs people to answer the phone who treat you as less than dirt on their shoe, this firm might be for you. If you would like to be treated with a little bit more respect, maybe try another firm. As others have pointed out, there are several out there.

5 Star experience in my opinion. My lawyer/solicitor - Richard Williams - provided his support and advice on the legalities of the gaming industry, and provided his legal opinion for my website in order to receive approval to advertise. The service he provided was swift and informative.
Five star service! My solicitor has acted on a pretty complicated family legal dispute for me with understanding, professionalism, attention to detail and a wealth of knowledge. I was recommended to her by another prominent law firm in London and she really has not disappointed at all. Well worth the money for what has been a difficult case!
I asked them a question, waited ages for an answer, they answered a different question, I chased them, gave up and cancelled my account.
Even by the standards of the profession these guys reach new depths. From a letter confirming instructions and promising a response within a week and then taking nearly 14 months to never answering emails or returning calls.
Used the complaints process to ask for an independent partner to review the case i was fobbed off with "no case to answer"
Avoid as there are plenty of good lawyers out there.
My solicitor works for this company, she is excellent. I’d recommend her to anyone. Therefore by association Keystone must be too.
