Bad attitude from customer service
Admittedly not Killer Inks fault the delivery failed so many times but the attitude and effort of their customer service to get it resolved was so abysmal i'll definitely not be coming back. Patronising on the phone when I was unable to track the order and completely disinterested in doing anything but the bare minimum.

Customer service faultless
Customer service faultless, delivery... well, DPD had to be chased and it ended up being 3 days late. However, it wasn't Killer Ink's fault and I was able to phone, get called back when they said they would, and they pulled the stops out to chase the courier. So would definitely use them again. Thanks Eva.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in all day and the delivery driver has said I wasn’t in so they redirected the parcel to local shop which is fine but don’t lie put this is not killer’s fault
