Ups delivered twice at the wrong place
Hello, I'd like to inform you of the following because this is the second time this has happened. It's UPS's fault, not yours, but I find this unacceptable. My previous package wasn't delivered to the parcel shop I'd chosen, but somewhere 15 km away. That's why I opted for home delivery this time and paid extra for it, as it took me hours to get it delivered last time. Now I've just received a message that my package was delivered to a parcel shop. I was home all day, and no one came by. This makes me reluctant to order from you anymore because I have to chase it up every time. But since this isn't your fault, I thought I'd let you know.

Killer ink foolish
When you place your order it says that orders over 130 euro will delivered for free. I tried so many times to restart and refresh the page but eventually i payed for the delivery almost 10 e *with a total order amount over 140)
website works really bad and slow. it takes ages to place everything and make any changes in basket. maybe thats was also the reason why its counted wrong with my order and took money for delivery.
dont have so many options with other websites either way i would 100 % choose other store.

Prices gone up yet again
Prices gone up yet again! Will have no choice but to find another supplier for as much of it as possible, it's a joke! New website is worse than before and was already bad. Delivery was supposed to Friday, and told me Friday, but arrived Saturday.
