I am a Plastic and reconstructive surgeon and when I see Ellen‘s ads and the actress talking about skin tightening I get nauseated. This is not science. It’s a scam. Where is the science behind these... See more

I waited 3 weeks and my order never showed up. Strange thing happened to when I was chatting about where it was the messages started coming in Chinese
So so product. Not worth the hassle and VERY expensive.
In June of 2025 I ordered a Deluxe Kit (x 1) for $59.95 thinking I would be receiving a one time shipment as an introduction to their products.
At the very bottom of the confirmation email, in very small type, there was a message stating "One month after your first order is shipped, and then approximately every three months thereafter, you will be sent a full size supply of Kind Science® 6-Piece Deluxe Kit. Each shipment will be charged to the payment method you provide today, in three monthly payments of $79.95 plus $4.99 for shipping and handling charges unless you call (800) 210-3379 or visit our site to manage or cancel your subscription."
Beware! The KindScience website is confusing and difficult to follow. One month later (not 3 months as stated in the above notice) I received a notice from my credit card company about a $84.94 charge from KindScience. A week later I received another package.
I called KindScience today (because I received another notice from my card company about a $84.94 charge) and it took a 22 minute conversation for me to cancel. The agent I was visiting with kept trying to manipulate me into continue receiving shipments. It was very predatory.
It is not clear when you order that you…
It is not clear when you order that you are signing up for a subscription. I received another (2nd) package one month after I ordered without any advance notice. There was a $92.31 charge on my credit card. I tried calling customer service and it was too long a wait. I did the online chat, got shut out and had to start a new chat. I finally get another chat. I was told I would receive a package every 3 months and charged $92.31 per month!!!! I would have to pay shipping to send it back, unsure if I would get refund. Finally canceled subscription!! I feel it’s a scam. It is not stated anywhere how much you will be charged monthly for products sent every 3 months. Very misleading. So disappointed
Be careful when you order the shipment…
Be careful when you order the shipment off of the tv advertisement- in the fine print it obligates you to 3 future payments of $92- I just wanted to trial size to try and got stuck paying for another whole shipment.
My wife is always falling for online…
My wife is always falling for online scams, so why wouldn't she discover "Kind Science"? They billed her $82 for some product she received. Then, they billed another $108.94 for a product she didn't order. She paid $17.50 to return the product, and they still haven't reimbursed our account. They have the product AND our money. Quite the operation they have going. In the meantime, they took out another $108.94 out of our account. Good Lord! Gonna cancel her debit card to avoid future charges being drawn from our account and cut our losses.
Beware of the Neck Treatment Cream
Happy with most of the products except for the Neck Treatment Cream. I had to go to my dermatologist to get something for my neck that immediately turned, red, itchy and burning after using it. The cream that my dermatologist recommended immediately helped me. When I contacted Kind Science to let them know I had a reaction to their Neck Cream and asked for a replacement product, they said they could not send me one since so much time had elapsed between the time I bought the product and the time I brought my problem to their attention. Now all I can do is throw away the product. It would have been nice if Kind Science could have sent me one of their products that worked for me. I have NEVER had a problem with a skincare product as I had with their Neck Treatment Cream.
Ellen DeGeneres left our country
Ellen DeGeneres left our country. Now she wants us to buy her products??? I say go sell products in your new country.
subscription scam
After deceptively realizing I had signed up for a subscription, I called to stay STOP. It did not do any good. I received another box. The first one had not been used yet. Unacceptable!!!
Ellen is an AMERICA HATING P.O.S.

only leaving one star to make a review…
only leaving one star to make a review Hope Ellen and her other half are enjoying our monies that we got tricked out of by buying a with tax 81.84 sample pack then what did I sign up for 376.53 later along comes this box of cosmetics ouch!!!!!!! take me off your subscription list. did I know it was going to cost that much oh H_ll no. what a joke on us!!!!! me!!!!!
If I could give a negative score I…
If I could give a negative score I would. After reading many of the other reviews I know I am not crazy...I too made what I thought was a one time purchase in September and multiple months later was billed for product I did not order NOR receive. When my one time order did come it was missing an item, I called and not one person could help me. I should have known then that this company was unethical. I have an invoice stating it is "severely past due" for $180.08...this is the first one I received.
Charged my account when i already canceled
This company does not disclosed that when you buy a subscription at first that the price will go up after that. I canceled this subscription and they charged my account the next month again! Im furious as what this company is doing to people! I would have thought different of Ellen to put her name on this product! It is a total SCAM!! WATCH OUT. I HOPE TO GET THIS STRAIGHT ONCE IN FOR ALL!
READ the AGREEMENT
I'm confused why folks are complaining about subsequent charges and misleading marketing. When I ordered it was clear that a membership followed. I went to my account and took a look... and the recurring charge was clearly communicated. I was able to adjust my next kit to something affordable (Although I would love to have ALL the products, I chose the ones I couldn't live without!) I was also able to adjust my shipment date easily and received an email confirmation. My monthly payment is under $45. Members also receive discounts. I rarely write reviews, but I think potential customers need to know the truth. Trust is important. P.S. I don't know Ellen, so this is not a biased review.
Unexpected Charges
I ordered the Intro DeGeneres Deal for $81. I love the product and notice the change in my skin. I received the same items about 3 months later at a cost of $384. I was not aware I had signed up for a reoccurring shipment and I still had the products previously received. I offered to return them but never received a response, just another bill. I would like to pay for and continue to use Kind Science products but am currently unable to pay that much money.
Ellen is not just horrible to people…
Ellen is not just horrible to people that she interacts with, but also to her customers! Just like the others, I was duped into purchasing a subscription. However, I never dreamt that I would be paying $108 per month for a kit that is sent quarterly. That’s ridiculous. This company is shady and so are their practices. I am on the phone right now with Kind Science to cancel my membership. The representative tried everything under the sun to keep me from canceling. It took 30 mins to get a representative on the line and now i am placed on another hold to “cancel my account and send me a confirmation email”. After holding for at least 8 mins the representative apologized for the long hold sue to the system “updating”. I think this is their last ditch effort to prevent customers from canceling their subscription.
Unauthorized charges
Unauthorized charges, deceptive marketing, useless products. I don't usually write bad reviews, but want to warn others. Don't buy it! Shame on Ellen DeGeneris.
Kind Science Warning
Kind Science Warning
This company used deceptive billing to charge me $256 for a product I never ordered.
I made a one-time purchase. A month later, they sent another shipment, billed me 3 separate charges of $89.95 for what they call a “3-month supply.” No permission, no confirmation. just a surprise charge.
When I called to cancel, they gave me the runaround and I had to pay return shipping for something I didn’t ask for.
This is misleading, manipulative, and unethical. Don’t fall for their marketing.

Worst Ever
It is my genuine heartfelt experience that this company is awful. Do not, repeat, do not give them your time, business, or hard earned money.
The customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced in my 60 years on this earth. I gave one star because I could not give zero stars.
Marketing is very sketchy I ordered the…
Marketing is very sketchy I ordered the initial kit. Never was explained that this was a subscription , have received bills totaling 128.30 because the kit contained full size products which was the deal. I was told that is was a 3 mos supply and charged me for 2 more mos. Totally false statements that are made on the infomercial !!!!!
Ordered a kit got scammed into a subscription
I ordered an introductory kit and they signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge or intent. They have charged me more than $200 over the introductory kit price. This is an extremely deceptive practice.
