A Incredible Experience
Literally incredible customer service, the guys respond right away and do everything almost instantly, the servers are stable, I'm from Brazil and the server in Florida is very good, the only thing is the issue of searching for plugins which is best done manually that by the host itself, which is not necessarily a problem, since this way I can search for plugins on their own websites

The most expensive plan for minecraft (impact);
only gives AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, which is even worse than i9 13900k.. i do not recommend hosting a large
up to date modpack on this. also very expensive ram..

Thanks for the review. We tested all our hardware with a huge range of modpacks, and even our oldest spec hardware on the Budget plans can handle most large modpacks. Thousands of people every day are running large modpacks with no issues on our hardware. You don't need the most cutting-edge hardware to run a Minecraft server. This just adds extra cost for customers for what is really just a marketing point. CPUs from even 8 years ago can handle Minecraft just fine. Overall, in the hosting space, we offer some of the most modern hardware to our clients. Our website aways lists the worse CPU you could get in that spec. Most our Budget servers now offer 2288g, meaning our older CPUs are only from 2019
AMD Ryzen 9 7950X CPUs are not outdated, having only come out in 2022. You'll rarely see CPUs that have just been released being offered, as it takes time to upgrade hundreds of servers to new hardware, and you have to ensure the new hardware is stable. Take the i9 13900k CPUs you mention here—they have a number of faults that cause stability issues and even damage to the CPU. If you do a quick Google search, you should find more about that.
All our specs are listed before you order a server—they're not hidden. So if you want the most cutting-edge hardware, you know Kinetic Hosting might not be for you.
Our goal is to offer the best performance for the games we host, with an easy-to-use panel, a big feature set, helpful customer support, and all that at a good price point. Offering the latest hardware every year would mean we need to increase our prices, with no real benefit to the end customer.

Great value, easy to use
The service has great value, the servers are stable, I've yet to run into CPU limits at all, and the sever panel is sensible and navicable. My only major complaint lies with the vertical layout for the server panel, it could use some work, but that's quite niche and I'll happily look over it for everything else Kinetic does right.

Great service
Been using their service for about 3 months now. I've been hosting a minecraft server with them and they are really helpful. Everytime I need assistance, they are quick to answer and get the problem resolved. I was having trouble with setting up a custom domain for my server and they helped me get it resloved with 1 hour.

The pricing of this service is affordable and good value for money compared to many other hosting services. but the more important bit is how great the customer support it. esspecially from their team members Cody Dupre, Chris, Carlton & Tj. very patient and happy to help esspecially for less tech savy customers. i haven't had an issue they have not been able to assist me with or resolve for me!

Kinetic Hosting - The BEST Hosting Service on the Planet
Quality - Kinetic Hosting cuts zero corners when it comes to providing top-of-the line servers to their customers. I have been using their budget server to host Minecraft for me and a friend, and let me tell you their hardware is amazing. Server takes me around 10 seconds to start with 100 mods. Insanity.
Pricing - Their servers are priced very well. A 4gb, 3 Threads server costs $4 a month which was quite shocking to me since I used Bisect Hosting and Godlike Host before which are more expensive. Kinetic Host charges you a FRACTION of what the competitors would.
Customer Care - Great response times on their discord channel. Very helpful and patient. Im sure their support tickets on the website offers similar response times, I was just roaming around their channel and thought I’d ask a couple questions while I was there.
Competitors - Again, I came from Bisect Hosting where I was being charged 4 times as much for the same amount of ram. I have no technical complaints with Bisect, it’s just that they were too expensive for me. Godlike was cheaper but Kinetic Hosting offers the best prices with zero compromise.
I HIGHLY recommend Kinetic Hosting if you’re looking to rent a server.

The website isn't the easiest to figure out. Unlike other competitors, there doesn't seem to be an option to see who has logged in and when. I can't give admin status to someone offline. In addition, we have had a number of connection issues. It may kick someone from the server, and then refuse to allow them back on because it thinks they are still there. I can't kick that person off manually, and must instead reset the server every time it happens.

Thank you for leaving a review. I took a look at your server, and it appears you're playing modded Minecraft.
You can OP someone at any time by running the OP command in the console, even if they are offline.
Regarding seeing who has logged in and when, this is on our roadmap and will be added to our panel with the release of our updated player manager. We add features to our panel based on customer feedback, and with other items being more requested, this hasn't been prioritized yet, but it's definitely planned.
As for the connection issues, I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing problems. Players getting stuck in the server typically points to a mod causing an issue rather than a problem with our service. Whatever the issue, please open a ticket with our support team so we can look into it for you.
