Kingbuyback 

Fraudsters!!! I was supposed to receive my money by today at latest, which is 8(!!!) days after I have sent my old phone. When I have pointed out to them, that yesterday I've had an email saying that they will pay "by today at latest", communication stopped. They were well aware that by not making that transfer, they are leaving me stranded, miles away from home, without any money, medication, etc. THEY JUST DON'T GIVE A SH.T!!!

UPDATE:
They are not replying to my emails, no answer on the phone, no phone and no money!!!
I'm in a process of reporting fraud and theft!!!

Investigation is on the go, I feel really tempted to pay them a visit myself and teach them some manners!!! But that would be lowering myself to these crooks level, I'll be happy watching their sorry business fall apart...
If you want to sell your old phone, use well known websites like Mazuma Mobile; yes, they offer less money but at least you get it...

Took weeks and weeks of numerous phone calls with various excuses and promises to give me my money and then only because i threatened them with trading standards.

Brilliant Brilliant service all round sent the company my iPhone X which I literally used only for 1 day because I didn’t get on with it. I got paid £435 from this company so was perfect.

Great way to get money for old tech I wouldn’t take in much notice of other reviews my money did take longer but I did put incorrect details in to start with so what can you expect? After being contacted and made aware I accepted revised price of £105 and was paid.

My husband sent a phone in 3 weeks ago still waiting for payment after several phone calls and emails! He keeps getting fobbed off with different excuses! We are taking this futher and claiming it back by a small claims court! I’d advise everyone else to do the same! I will also be putting this all over social media to make people aware that they are nothing but thieves!!

I wish I had seen the negative reviews before I sent my iPhone on 5th of May. It is now 20th of June and no money or phone back. They acknowledged that they received my device by sending me an email but that’s it! I called and emailed still nothing!! I understand that some people have had good experiences, had I seen the negative comments here before I wouldn’t have risked, more reputable companies pay slightly less but you can trust them. Most of the time they offer you more money than competitors so you choose them, that’s why I choose them. Since then I have used magpie, received money (same amount as they promised) within 24hrs for everything I have sent which was a lot because I was going through house to get rid of everything not used.
