Absolutely shocking company avoid at all costs . This is an honest review . I sent my iPhone 7 Plus in over 3 weeks ago and the initial price was knocked down considerably because they alleged the vibration didn’t work on this phone, so I asked them to send it back as the revised price had gone down from £224 to £165 because they said the vibration didn’t work.obviously they chose a feature on the phone that I actually wouldn’t of been aware of because I never used that option in the 12 months I had the phone . As soon as I asked for it back they said we can look at the new price and offer more so I settled on £185 . Btw it costs no more than £15 for the part to fix the vibration🙄🙄but I was so sick and tired of the emails and phone calls back and forth I just wanted my money and to run away from this company ASAP. Low and behold I still haven’t received my money 🤬🤬🤬I’ve been promised it would be paid into my account 5 times!!!! The last time was today and still no bank transfer. I’m at a loss of what to do as they have my phone won’t send me my money or send my phone back. So I am now in the process of contacting the police about this fraudulent company . It makes my blood boil that they can get away with treating ppl like this . please please do yourself a favour and AVOID AT ALL COSTS

On there website it’s states 24 hour payment on receipt of the device, 6 days later I’m still waiting, they keep making up excuses and saying it can take up to 48 hours to show, and that they only make payments on a Tuesday and a Friday, now I’m not the cleverest but that would mean that 24 hour payment is not the case! Emailed and phoned and keep getting excuses after excuses from them! For the difference of a couple of quid use some else

Absolutely awful. DO NOT USE!!!! It's been over 3 months and I still haven't been paid. I have raised a claim at the small claims court and am hoping the threat of legal proceedings will facilitate payment.

Please don’t use them.

If I could give - stars I would.
They just use excuse after excuse not to pay you then blatantly lie.
Worst about avoid at all costs

I sent an S7 to them as they were offering a good price. Came back informing me my battery had been changed so offered me a very reduced offer. The battery on this phone has never been changed. I rejected this and requested my phone back. I have still not received the phone. Tried to call no answer. Poor service

Absolutely terrible service. They have had my broken phone since April now and I have not received any payment. I have emailed once and got a reply saying there was delays in testing, I replied back saying I don’t understand why a broken phone needed to be tested. I didn’t get a reply to that. I have emailed again since and have had no reply to that. Do not use, less than 1 star

Sent phone to them in April. After many chasing emails they offer £4 revised from original £26 _ on basis does not turn on, but only had option before sent to say broken. If I want the phone back costs £5, So accepted offer. Since sent phone 6weeks ago, still not paid. Recommend avoid this company.

Getting in touch with them is a nightmare and almost impossible. They don't pick up calls and don't reply to emails. As soon as they have your phone that's it really. Very annoying. It's been a month no payment or indication that a payment will be sent and its always the same that they have a revised offer for whatever the reason was. Ridiculous
