Review: I am writing this to warn all players about Rabocse Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada (ID: 3-102-904216). What started as a dispute over a small technical error at Gxmble.io has turned into a documented case of systemic retaliation and illegal data sharing.

After I filed a formal query with the Costa Rican Ministry of Economy (MEIC), this operator intentionally blocked my accounts across their entire network: Gxmble, Kingdom Casino, Gambiva, and Tenobet, withholding a total of €3,450.

Crucial Warning: They are illegally sharing sensitive personal data (Passport IDs and device info) across these brands without consent. They linked my Kingdom Casino account to a Gxmble dispute despite them being registered with different emails—a direct violation of Data Protection Law 8968 regarding informative self-determination.

I have identified their official Resident Agent in San José, Lilliana Monge Vargas (Carné 6310), and the Manager, Daniil Kalashnikov. Formal administrative complaints have been initiated with PRODHAB (Data Protection Authority) and the MEIC for data breaches and consumer retaliation.

DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE. This company does not just steal winnings; they weaponize your personal data and passport details to retaliate against you if you dare to exercise your legal rights. I am proceeding with formal service of process to their legal representatives in Costa Rica.

This is nonsense I had won this from real money not bonus money what can I do

I have a very large amount at Kingdom casino and now it has been 5 days and still no payout even though my KYC has been completed and confirmed okay. They answer fast at their chat and says that they need 36 hours before they do the payput but that time has now passed and still has no money been paid out. Help me what shall i do?

I was a bit nervous after reading reviews, but so far the process has been smooth. My documents were approved within 48 hours and chat support was easy to deal with. I’ve requested a withdrawal and I’m waiting to see how that goes — I’ll update this review once I receive it.

I got scammed by them middle of 2025 deposited 3000 won 4000 so int totals around 7k sat there then the same as everyone else blacklisted no rely to emails documents not valid etc. chatting with them useless.

However do not despair I contacted my bank and started a fraud claim. As they had take. My deposited money and basically stole it I however kept. Screenshots of all the chats. Emails and correspondence from them.
I constantly. Emailed them to say that. They would be be investigated for fraud etc. my bank managed to get my. Deposited funds back as they are not directly paid to them they are paid via a merchant layer . So this was reversed and upheld by my bank so maybe you should try that

Secondly they fall under uk gambling laws as they are registered As a British Indian Ocean territory. Hence the .io so I told them I would be instructing a local solicitor in the location to start proceedings against them. I emailed them this to that effect and voila wouldn’t you know they finally emailed me back. And said I was rude etc but they would process my winnings which they eventually did and then blocked me for good. Which I wasn’t bothered about it they also have clone websites so beware but people who mates till word money maybe try what I did

I had a very poor experience with this casino. After depositing and playing legitimately, I won money which was never paid out. Instead, my account was suddenly blacklisted with no clear or valid explanation.

Although some of my deposits were eventually refunded, my winnings were withheld. I was never informed of any breach of terms while depositing or playing — issues only arose once I won, which raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.

Communication was unclear, slow, and unhelpful, and I was not given a proper explanation or opportunity to appeal the decision. This experience has left me with no confidence in how this casino treats its players.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Very poor communication from the kyc and live chat just giving you the good merry go round to not pay you your winnings this is the 3rd day now sent all documents they have asked for first load rejected saying I didn't give them back side if my ID document so loaded as asked now to have to wait another 48h for this, honestly guys there are miles more better companies out there this is just a tactic they use to try and make you loose your winnings customer support it just a automated chat talking to a robot, I will give a update when I actually get a full verification and can actually withdraw my funds.
