Absolute scammers , owe me £150 , took them over a month to verify my account and declined my winnings due to a breach in bonus rules broken which is completely untrue and made up - very poor customer service and no online chat function- Avoid at all costs just a fraudulent way of taking money from you

I had been waiting then they wanted me to prove myself bad mistake. They do this then even though I matched the 10x bonus rule they refused to give me the €527 they came up with some rubbish saying I broke a rule and took the lot except my stake which I could not bank out as it was below 100. Off course I lost the 50 no win at all with just that. Don’t accept bonus’s they rip you off even if you meet their 10x wagering rule. Which was 1500 and I went to 1500.40

I have just recently joined this casino site and three deposits ive made are saying checkout and the money hasnt gone in to my account after several different responses from 24 hours to Xmas I now have to send a PDF bank statement to their support team so they can get in touch with the provider to get my money. I will do this but if I dont get this money which amounts to £180 I will be taking it further think the word is fraud.

Worst experience with an online casino to date. They make you wait ages to verify KYC and they don't have a chat for their support. You email and they respond over 5 working days later.
I have been waiting for a withdrawal since 15 December and still nothing to date. Very poor experience. I would advise everyone to stay away from them until they sort this out. Plus they have a minimum amount for withdrawal and also you have to wager your deposit 2x.

Please do not use this site it is a total con,i made a withdrawal of 500£ sent documents was varified then when i contacted live chat(not real) was told the documents i sent were rejected.This site is a load of c..p don't put a penny on it.Should be investigated

Just the typical able too deposit but when you win seems impossible to get.... I made withdrawal and still waiting on someone to verify my account and pay out. Ive emailed all emails on website and not one person has replied. Live chat dosent work. This company is keeping a hold off my winnings absolute crooks. Customer service non existent.

I have over 2000 euros in my account tried withdrawing 400 euros waited over two weeks only for them to say it was declined now they have blocked my account so I lost 2400 euros what can I do I am at a loss

Absolutely a scam of a site I mate quite a few deposits and lost a few thousand pound then had a couple of wins so withdrew £500 £1000 and &800 waited weeks for the first withdrawal of £500 went in my account then the day after they sent me a email saying I broke some rules about bonus betting witch wos a load of s and said o wouldn’t be getting the £1800 is wos owed this site is just a scam stay well away its needs to be shut down now

This site is the worst site I’ve ever played on because I made two withdrawals they declined them stating that I didn’t abide by the rules they said it was sporting bet bonuses I’ve never placed a bet on this site only ever played t he games Blocked my account now because stated I was abusive to staff load of rubbish I stated facts and truth glad they have blocked me never have I experienced a site like it just taking money. The chances of winning are very few and far between then to process of getting payments 14 days to get money and that is only if they haven’t found an excuse to not pay it. Not even one star. I have made a withdrawal. My documents have been verified. The withdrawal is still pending. I’ve messaged by email to complaints and customer service and verification and received no reply. One time in 48 hours live chat was available to I connected and then they cut me off. Mo e chat says 24/7 untrue I have a sceeenshot but can’t upload at the moment

I won 500 euro tried taking out then my withdrawal was cancelled they said i broke some rule which wouldn't say what was .I was then told they would refund 200 euro which still haven't received and they won't answer email back to me

Deposit is instant, however, today is the 8th day that my withdrawal is under review and will be processed soon enough. I have been fully verified and have not had any further contact from the company.
I am speaking every day with customer support - the guys are nice enough - however, every day I am getting different story with lies that they don't cover each other. When I asked about the chat transcription from every single chat - have been told that this isn't something that I they could provide me with.
I have submitted 2 email complaint - 6 days in now and still have no answer and we all know that is all recorded.
As it seems the company thinks they can cheat another loser - fine. I will have to seek my legal rights with governing bodies.

I am aware that will take some time for them bodies to start moving on this matter, however, I will not let that just pass by.

Be aware scammers are everywhere. False advertisement and refusing to realise the funds that have been won. ( deposits are double more than the winnings)

am giving Kingdom Casino 1 star because I have been waiting for more than 1.5 weeks for a withdrawal of €1,000, which is still showing as pending.

I have contacted their support several times via email, but I have not received any response at all. They claim that live chat is available 24/7, but in reality it is very difficult to access because the chat link often does not work.

Eventually, I managed to get in touch with live chat and explained that I no longer have confidence in receiving my winnings. Therefore, I requested a refund of my deposits totaling €500. The live chat agent told me that I would be contacted by email within 24 hours.

I will update this review if and when I receive the €500 refund.

UPDATE:
I have just been in contact with live chat again and clearly informed them that I will not let this matter go and that I have screenshots of all conversations and correspondence. I also stated that I feel I am being led on, as I keep being told that I will be contacted, yet I still have not received any follow-up or email.

Immediately after the chat conversation ended, my account was blocked. I still have not received any update or my €500 refund.

I am waiting for a week for the transfer, it is unacceptable

Wish i’d read the reviews , put 200 in and won 300 withdrew it and then found out about all the terms and conditions an the reviews , they are telling me that it’s just “backlog” and they will get around to releasing my withdrawal. i’ve told them exactly what there going to do , that there gonn close my account and take my money off me and close my account, but there denying everything and saying that all the bad reviews are from people who jsut didn’t follow the rules.

I used this site for a bit then finally got a decent win of £1100 and by the time I met the wagering x was down to £700 so I withdrew £600 for them to then tell me after a week of it pending that I breached rules and just took it all away very frustrating and will advise anyone to stay well clear if this site they have no intention of paying out and should be arrested for theft or fraud
