Been waiting for a reply from my emil for 4 days now and after reading the reviews on here it does not look like I will get my money

Terrible site! Really wish I had read reviews as it’s obviously an ongoing thing and they need to be stopped! Been waiting nearly 5 days for a withdrawal of 1000 euro. Every time I contacted them got the same script of accounts having issues and dealing with a back log. Was even told that they were not holding money as it had to be verified first! Thieves stay well clear of them!

Wow!!!! Be careful. These guys are absolute con artists. When you win the first time, and want to withdraw, they ask for proof of identity (and a lot of it). It then takes them 2 weeks to pay. Then when you win a better amount, they come back after 2 weeks (after several chasers) and tell you that you have breached their rules and have confiscated the winnings! Supposdely it is a breach to play certai games on their website and also wagering Euro 2 on some games is a breach (even though they take the bet in the first place). I will be continuing to follow this up, as they have "confiscated" my winnings of Euro 700! So they don't even redeposit in your account, but they actually steal it. Please be aware that this is a site that draws you in with nice bonuses, but if you win, they will cheat you!
If anyone wants to jointly follow up with this to complain to authorities, or even seek some sort of legal action, pls do get in touch as this is a company that should not be allowed to exist if this is how they treat customers with valid withdrawal requests!

Lucky for me I only deposited twise before I noticed in there terms and conditions UK is restricted from using thier site along with near enough every other country!! Funny they let you sign up to it though and they ask what country you live in. 🙄

I wish I read these reviews before opening an account with this casino.
It looks like I’m at the start of the painful process everyone else has voiced. I have deposited a fair amount of money and have 2000 euros pending withdrawal.
I withdrew on Sunday, had an email saying they had to be under 1000 withdrawals so made me cancel my withdrawals and start again with 2 x 1000 withdrawals. In their mind this then restarted the process. I’m still waiting, received an email today saying there was an issue that they are resolving and they will update me.
I have given them the rest of the day to get my money to me or I will be taking this to the police.
I would actually like to hear if anyone has been paid out.
Never mind me getting my money, people need to go to jail for scamming.

I have 621 euros sat in my account , and now I have received an email saying I have been blacklisted, won nearly £600 and can’t even withdraw it! Absolutely shocking, avoid at all costs .

Ambsolute scam ! Took my winnings , closed my account while being verified . Never used bonuses . There has been no reply what kind of terms and conditions I did not follow ? I’m an Eu passport holder . I won over 3k and get nothing . All they said is they will return my deposits that I can’t even check all there as no access to my avccound within 14 days . Absolute scam , thieves and liers . They just write the same bullshit emails ! I will report them further and not leave it a such as this is absolutely disgusting!

They also now don’t reply to any of my emails !

This online casino is shocking, I played £300 not a single win above £6 and that no more than 5 times. Given this is sister site to voodoodreams and Duelz casino's these are good but this is so bad it should be illegal, they dont even have resposnsible gambling i use it all the time. I cant 100% promise you will never see me on this shit site ever again. You should be banned.

They let me set up and account with my UK details and then once I won some money it was revealed that they don't allow players from the UK so they wouldn't be paying my winnings.

So I then said that surely they should have to refund my deposits but they refused that too.

I have no idea how this can be allowed? Surely my account registration should have been blocked as it was using UK details? And then my deposit using a UK bank account should have been blocked?

It's clear that they deliberately add "no players from the UK...." into the small print as this must happen all the time. Bit they make no effort to screen account sign ups beforehand.

I am writing this review in the hope that as many people can see this as possible.

If you are suffering from mental health problems or you are in a bad place and feel maybe if you put on some money on this site you may win something to help out your situation I am advising you to please please don’t put any money into this website. IT is a scam.

I deposited 20pounds and got a 600% bonus. So £60 in total to play with. I managed to get this up to £750. I decided to withdraw £450 straight away. This was going to help me a lot in a bad situation so I was over the moon that I won this it was very much needed but..

I get an email asking me to verify my details before they send out the withdrawal. Everything sent and all verified. I requested this withdrawal on the 3rd of November and despite numerous online chats with them and emails asking why it’s taking so long I just kept getting the same answer that it still needs to be verified and it takes time to verify the payment. God knows why it takes so long my guess is they want you to cancel the withdrawal and keep playing with it but i wanted to see if the withdrawal would go through before i ended up putting any more money into this website. but Guess what?! It’s an easy guess.. I never got that payment to my bank. This morning I get an email my account is closed and the 20pounds sent back to me.

I want the owners of this website to read this review and change the way you go about treating people. You are lucky I’m not feeing suicidal right now but there are people out there that could win way more than i did and to then get refused that payment can have a detrimental effect on their mental health and make them spiral. You could potentially have a case on your hands in future. You are not regulated you are running an illegal website. I urge you to do the right thing and shut this scam of a website down.

I want to take this further. Reading other people’s reviews on here is very sad and I can only imagine the feeling of thinking you have won something to then be refused the payment how that can make you all feel. I think we all need to come together to get the owners of this website taken down. You can’t treat people like that and get away with it. You can’t take peoples money and give them false hope.

I should have read the reviews before making a deposit. So if you are reading these reviews because you are thinking of going on this website to deposit money i urge you to never do that. First time i have ever been scammed. Well played kingdom casino but your time will come..

UPDATED: you have the audacity to ask for more information on trust pilot so you can get my review taken down when you haven’t even refunded me the £20! Disgusting website! And also they have all my details including my mobile number and I’m getting continuous spam messages saying your deposit is being reviewed you can now claim your money. How disgusting to not only refuse my withdrawal and block my account with you but then pass my details on to other websites to send spam messages about reviewing my deposit. You absolutely don’t care about anyone and their mental health.
