They don't pay out. It's that simple. I wish I could send the screenshots of my chats on here.

Of course I'm a gambling addict and need help just like we all are. However when a casino doesn't pay you and come out with the same excuse all the time."The finance team are working on it" or "Rest assured, I have taken it up with them as urgent" etc etc etc.

Please do not use this casino. I lost so much and that obviously happens all the time and everywhere to us but when I'm looking to withdraw a fraction of the amount I lost and they still keep making excuses. It just is really depressing.

THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU. I've been FULLY VERIFIED for nearly three months. Fully verified. And they keep making the same excuses everyday. I know I'm not getting my money. I've been gambling and losing for over 20 years.

Ladies and Gentlemen...DO NOT use this casino but let me go one step further too. Just don't gamble. Nobody will listen to me. But all the stress and shame isn't worth it. All this disgusting way of life isn't life.

On the 19th of November, I went on the live support and said that I was going report them. They said they don't take to threats kindly (It wasn't even a threat)

On the 20th, my withdrawal was declined. So after weeks and weeks it's been declined. The email said because of the following reasons:-

"Withdrawal request rejected".

There was literally NO reason given!

Do not okay on here if from uk advertise uk options but you cant win anything had a withdrawl of 1400 then was telt because from uk unable to withdraw winnings why do they give you the options to click from uk and let you play total scam

This casino has been a really bad experience for me, and this is already the second time I’ve had to complain. I originally lost over €3000 on Kingdom Casino between September and October 2025 and later found out they are not licensed to operate in the UK. After I requested a refund, the casino declined my request and has since blocked my email and all contact details, so I can no longer reach their support or access my account.

Their customer service is completely unresponsive and evasive. They continue to accept deposits from UK players illegally, with no intention of honouring withdrawals or refunds.

This operation is unsafe, unregulated, and deceptive. I am now escalating the issue to my bank, the Gambling Commission, and the Financial Ombudsman to recover my funds through a chargeback.

Do not deposit anything with this site — once they have your money, you will never get it back.

Website looks great and has loads of games to get you thinking this a legit online casino. That's unfortunately where the good experience ends.
After depositing and actually winning (600 euros) i tried to withdraw, after following all of the normal verification (this took as a week as documents were never good enough!) I was told funds would be in my account withing 36 hours.
after 4 days and numerous correspondence i was told that i couldn't withdraw to my crypto account.
I then set up new bank account details, again after multiple chats with the online system i was told 36 hours. After waiting over the 36 hour period i was then informed that they were busy and there would be a delay. Its a complete SCAM site that just takes your money but you will never see a penny o any winnings. I have contacted Facebook advertising to try and get there site removed from there platform as i believe since reading other reviews this has also happened to other people. Please email all social media platforms to request the same and to save other people from losing money with this site.
I would also welcome trustpilot to investigate the reviews made by people who are based in the uk as i believe these to be fake and misleading.

Dont ever use kingdomcasino8.io. these scammers will keep making excuses and never pay you. Submitted all documents but they keep make another stupid excuse, our offices have been busy, there has been a delay. And then when you complain they ban you from the live support. Scum, absolute scum. Have never seen a casino this bad. And i am certain they never pay out. Im reporting them as fraudsters. They closed my account without notice after weeks of messing me around with fake excuses about kyc and stole my winnings. You will never get any money out of these scumbags. If you look every positive review even is fake saying the same garbage or they say they didnt even recieve any withdrawal. They actively try to remove all bad reviews but i will keep posting them until these filth are shut down *almost the new year now they promised me a refund for my deposit months ago but then they want you to share all your bank statements with them to recieve a refund phishing for more financial information even months on.
