Order never delivered. No response from seller.

I ordered a suede phone skin from Kingwrapz on March 9th. When nothing arrived after 6 weeks, they confirmed the shipping co. had lost it, and issued a new one. It has now been three months with no delivery or response from them. They have ignored all of my texts and emails inquiring about the status of the order. At this point I have no expectation that they are delivering what was paid for or issuing a refund. And I have doubts that the company is totally above board. I strongly discourage others from doing business with them.
