It's been amazing working with Accountant Online for the past 7 years. They have the knowledge, skills and are dedicated to providing a great customer experience on top of sharing advice on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a strong accountant partner.

I've been dealing with accountant online for nearly 2 years now. Having started my buisness knowing what I wanted to achieve but not necessarily how to get there, they have been extremely helpful in ensuring the books are up to date and making everything easy to access and use. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of starting up a buisness as their company formation team are also very good.

Do not do business with this company! They oversell and underdeliver. Their practices (cooling off period and (non) refund policy) are in breach of several laws, yet they don't care.
When I signed up with them to service two limited companies, I have clearly described requirements of both in a phone call, yet the company refuses to forward our post (by email) without additional payment. They will not issue a refund for unused portion of the pre-paid and inadequate service but don't mind us leaving one bit while keeping our money. @accountantonline.ie Please do not respond to this review with BS as in previous negative reviews, I've got all your emails in which you almost politely told me either pay extra of F off.

Horrible experience. They failed to provide any services as part of my contract, lied, claimed they spent 295 mins on me when they haven't spent an hour doing anything, failed to answer any questions, always tried and upsell their services, took two weeks to reply to a simple email, and finally refused to refund the money paid despite they did nothing. Avoid this company at any cost if you're a sole trader. They have no shame billing you and doing nothing. Hire a real accountant instead and save yourself from the headache, stress and hundreds of hours of effort trying to get them do the job.

Please be aware of Accountant Online!
I should have been aware that our contact persons were changing such frequently, so would like to raise your attention to that. Delayed reports, always promising something but hard to keep up with it. I am lucky in a way that they shared now the information (after I asked) that their team do not have the capacity to deliver service (annual report- which is doesn't seem to be something extra). Expensive service doesn't mean excellent service! Please avoid this pit, and search for another accountant!

I discovered Accountant Online when looking for guidance on forming a company in Ireland because they had the most comprehensive guides and resources available and promptly answered my queries by telephone and email. I found them professional, friendly and knowledgeable and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very good at communicating, will always answer emails and phone calls in a timely manner.

I would think very carefully before engaging with this company.
I have run a business for 12 years and have never come across such An unprofessional company.
The company are not honest or trustworthy.

They have a good deal on for startups and they seem to be very dedicated to helping out startup businesses. I just signed up to them recently and really rate them. Much better than any accountant I've used in the past. Pretty accessible and good pricing; you know what you're getting in advance.
